| For candidates who are not eligible- Either due to failure or less than 60% in PCM/PCB | After deducting Rs.1,000, the entire academic fee may be refunded. |
| For withdrawing request received before the commencement of the program (Orientation/Class whichever is earlier) | The entire academic fee may be refunded after deducting the counseling processing fee of Rs.12,000 (including Service Tax). |
| For withdraw request received within 25 days from the commencement of the program | The entire academic fee may be refunded after deducting 10%. |
| For withdraw request received after 25 days and within 40 days from the commencement of the program. | 80% of the academic fee may be refunded after deducting 20%. |
| For withdraw request received after 40 days from the commencement of the program. | No refund of any academic fees except a caution deposit. |
