DU PGMET 2024 Online Registration will be Started in March 2024. The DU PGMET is popularly known as Delhi University Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test, and this examination is conducted through Delhi University. This test is conducted to provide admission to the candidates in Post-Graduate (Degree/Diploma) & MDS Programs.

DU PGMET 2024 Application Form 

The DU PGMET 2024 Application Form will be available on the official website of Delhi University in February. Those applicants interested and eligible to get admission in Post-Graduate (Degree/Diploma) & MDS Programs from the affiliated colleges of Delhi University can apply for this examination by filling out the application form and the procedure mentioned below. 

• Candidates must have to go on the official webpage of Delhi University.
• The applicants have to click on the link of the application form, and they should have to register themselves by submitting the required details.
• They should have to upload their photograph and signature in the required field in the application form.
• Applicants have to submit the application form and pay the application fee online using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

DU PGMET Eligibility Criteria

The applicants must check their Eligibility Criteria before filling out the application form, and the eligibility criteria details are

• Applicants must belong to Indian Citizenship.
• Candidates must have completed their graduation from a university recognized by UGC or AIU.
  The All India Category candidates must have at least 50 marks in the qualifying exam and 45% marks for the PWD category.
• The applicants must be qualified in CET conducted by DET (MAH MBA, MAH CET).
• Candidates who have appeared for any of the CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, or ATMA must have the score as required by the DU PGMET.
• They must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree From any UGC/AIU-recognized university.
  At least 50% marks in the Qualifying exams are necessary for Admission for such candidates.

DU PGMET Exam Pattern

Candidates must refer to the Exam Pattern for better preparation of the examination, and they will know the complete structure of the question paper. The exam pattern details are

• The Mode of the Exam is Offline.
• Multiple Choice Questions will be asked in the Exam.
• The Duration of the Exam is 2 hours.
• The total number of questions is 100.

DU PGMET Syllabus

The aspirants must prefer subjects and topics covered at the Graduation Level for good preparation for the examination. 

DU PGMET 2024 Result 

Within 2-3 months of completion of the examination, the DU PGMET Result will be declared on the official Website of Delhi University and those applicants who have appeared in the examination.

They can check their result online by submitting the required details, such as ID and password, in the required field. The Result will be displayed to the candidates, and they can take a printout of it for future use.

DU PGMET Cut-Off

After the DU PGMET Result declaration, the cut-off marks will be decided through the authority to select the candidates for admission in their post-graduate dental program.

Based on these various factors such as the Number of Candidates who passed the Exam, Previous Cut Off Marks, Difficulty Level of the Paper, Number of students who appeared, and Number of Vacancies.

DU PGMET 2024 Admission Procedure

A Counseling Procedure is conducted through the authority to provide admission to the candidates in post-graduate dental programs.

Applicants must have been qualified in previous qualifying examinations and national-level entrance examinations. The counseling schedule will be available for the selected candidates on the official website.

The counseling procedure will be conducted in April, and all aspiring candidates must be present there. They have to fill out the application form for counseling by paying Rs. 1000/- in cash as a penalty.
