• Detailed mark sheet of 10th Class/SSC
• Detailed mark sheet of 12th Class/Intermediate
• Character Certificate from the last academic institution
• Reserve Category certificates if applicable
• Gap Year Affidavit if applicable
• Income Certificate if candidate wishing to avail merit-cum-means freeship
• Graduation certificate issued by the Sports Department of Panjab University if applying under Sports Reservation
• Additional weight certificate if applicable
