The applicants need to follow the procedure of PUTHAT if they are shortlisted in the merit list and the procedure has given below for them.

• On the basis of the merit list, the candidates will be selected for the counseling procedure and the candidates need to check the important dates of counseling from the official website of Panjab University.
• At the counseling center, the candidate has to decide their choice of course as per their preference for PUTHAT counseling but based on their ranking they may get the course of their choice.

Required documents to carry for PUTHAT Counselling 2023

The shortlisted applicants need to carry the required document for verification at the counseling center.

• Original counseling letter along with a photocopy of counseling letter
• Original Admit card along with a photocopy of admit card
• Bank draft has to be made as per the guidelines mentioned on the PUTHAT prospect
• All the original and at least 2 photocopies of certificates of 10th & 12th class
• Rank Card / Hall Ticket
• Scorecard (if applicable)
• Original degree/provisional certificate if the candidate is appearing
• Community certificate(SC/ST/OBC/Other) signed by the authorized authority
• Medical documents mentioned on PUTHAT application form
• 4-6 Passport size photographs color and black and white
