PUTHAT Counselling 2023

The PUTHAT counselling procedure will be conducted in August 2023, and those candidates are shortlisted in the merit list, they will be able to attend the counselling procedure and they have to necessarily attend the counselling procedure to get admission in the Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology and Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management Courses.

PUTHAT Counselling Procedure 2023

The applicants need to follow the procedure of PUTHAT if they are shortlisted in the merit list, and the procedure has given below for them.

• On the basis of the merit list, the candidates will be selected for the counselling procedure and the candidates need to check the important dates of counseling from the official website of Panjab University.
• At the counselling center, the candidate has to decide their choice of course as per their preference for PUTHAT counselling but based on their ranking they may get the course of their choice.

Required documents to carry for PUTHAT Counselling 2023

The shortlisted applicants need to carry the required document for verification at the counselling centre.

• Original counselling letter along with a photocopy of counselling letter
• Original Admit card along with a photocopy of admit card
• Bank draft has to be made as per the guidelines mentioned on the PUTHAT prospect
• All the original and at least 2 photocopies of certificates of 10th & 12th class
• Rank Card / Hall Ticket
• Scorecard (if applicable)
• Original degree/provisional certificate if the candidate is appearing
• Community certificate(SC/ST/OBC/Other) signed by the authorized authority
• Medical documents mentioned on PUTHAT application form
• 4-6 Passport size photographs color and black and white
• Other supportive documents are mentioned in the PUTHAT application form.
