CEED 2022: Result (Declared), Score Card, Counseling Procedure

CEED 2022 Result has been declared on 8th March 2022. Final Answer Key has been available on 31st January 2022. Every year, an entrance exam is conducted by the official authorities of the IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Bombay on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India with an aim to provide admission to the eligible applicants in courses like M. Des and Ph. D Degree offered in different institutions. The CEED is also fully known as the Common Entrance Examination for Design. 

The official authorities of the IIT Bombay will organize the CEED 2022 with a motive to analyze the abilities of the applicants such as the design involving visual perception ability, drawing skills, logical reasoning, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills. Age limit:

• For the entrance exam, only those applicants are eligible to apply who have completed a Degree or Diploma or a Post Graduate Degree programme of at least 3 years with 10 + 2 + 3 system of education. Those applicants who have completed GD Arts Diploma Program are also eligible to apply for the entrance exam. 

Appearing applicants:

• The applicants appearing for the final year are also eligible to apply for the entrance exam. 

Minimum Marks:

• More than 50 % marks should be secured by the applicants who want to get admission in the institution. 

CEED 2022 Exam Pattern

• Number of Parts: The question paper of the entrance exam will contain two different parts that are part A and part B.
• Mode of Exam: The official authorities will organize the entrance exam in online mode for Part A that is a computer-based test and Offline mode for Part B that is written Exam – Pen and Paper Based.
• Duration of Exam: Three hours will be given to the applicants to solve the paper (1 hour for part A ad 2 hour for part B)
• Language of Exam: The question paper will be asked in English language.
• Total Number of Questions: 41 questions will be asked in the Part A while 5 questions will be asked in Part B. 
• Total Marks: 200 marks question paper will be asked in the entrance exam (100 marks for each part)
• Type of Questions: Multiple choice questions, Numerical Answer Type, Multiple Select Questions will be asked in Part A and Part B will contain some questions that will be depend on the Testing design, Drawing and writing skills of the applicant.
