The NTA is set to release the NEET UG 2025 Application Form in early February 2025. NEET, a national-level medical entrance test, determines admission to various courses such as MBBS, BDS, Nursing, and AYUSH, among others. All medical colleges and institutions across India will recognize NEET scores for admissions. The NTA will facilitate the application process exclusively through online mode. Additionally, by Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, there will be a uniform NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate courses in disciplines such as BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS within medical institutions governed by this Act. The NEET application form for 2025 will be available in 2nd week of February 2025, by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on the official website neet.ntaonline.in. Expected candidates will required to complete the application process by the 2nd week of March 2025, up to 5 PM. Additionally, the application fee had to be paid by 11:50 PM on the same date.

• NEET 2025 applications are accepted exclusively through online mode. Offline application forms will not be provided.
• Registration for NEET 2025 is expected to commence in the first week of February 2025.

• Candidates must upload scanned images of their photograph, signature, thumb & finger impression, and other necessary documents in the prescribed format.

NEET 2025 Application Correction

After completing the application form-filling process, which includes fee payment, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will open the NEET Application Correction window. This correction window is expected to be available in March 2025. Candidates will have the opportunity to make corrections to their application for a limited period during this window. It’s important to note that once this period concludes, no further corrections will be permitted.

During the NEET Application Correction window, only certain details in the application form will be editable. Changes related to the Medium of the Question Paper will not be permitted. Additionally, corrections can only be made online; no offline requests for corrections will be entertained.

How to Apply for the NEET 2025 Application Form?

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is responsible for administering NEET 2025, a significant examination. The application form for NEET 2025 will be accessible on the neet.nta.nic.in website. A direct link to the application form will be provided on the website when the application process begins. Step 1: NEET Registration 2025

To begin the application process for NEET 2025, follow these steps:

• Visit the neet.nta.nic.in website.
• Click on the ‘Fill Application Form’ option.
• Choose ‘New Registration’ and thoroughly read the instructions provided.
• Fill in all the required details during the registration process, ensuring to create a password that meets the given specifications.
• After successful registration, a provisional application number will be generated. This number will serve as your user ID for future logins on neet.nta.nic.in for NEET 2025.

Choosing Password and Security Question: During the registration process for NEET, after selecting ‘New Registration’, applicants will be prompted to choose a password. They should create a password, confirm it, select a security question, and provide an answer. It’s advisable to securely store the chosen security question and answer, as they may be required for password recovery if forgotten.

Finalizing Registration: After completing the password and security question section, candidates must review all the provided information before finalizing the NEET registration by submitting it.

Certain details from the registration will be automatically displayed and cannot be altered. However, several other details are required to be filled in the NEET application form as follows:

Aadhaar Number: Aspirants are required to provide their unique 12-digit Aadhaar number issued by the UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) during the NEET form-filling process.

Under this section, the entrance exam “NEET” will be pre-filled by default. Candidates are required to provide the following details:

In NEET 2025, General category candidates will need to pay an application fee of Rs. 1700. After uploading the required documents, applicants will be directed to pay the fee by clicking on ‘pay examination fee’. Payment can only be made online, with options including Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Unified Payment Interface (UPI).

Designated banks such as State Bank of India, Syndicate Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, or Paytm can be used for payment. It’s important to ensure the validity of payment methods and account balances beforehand. Retaining proof of payment, such as transaction IDs or receipts, is essential for reference during the admission process.

• Successful payment of the NEET 2025 application fee generates a confirmation page or acknowledgement receipt.
