XAT 2022 Result has been declared on 18th January 2022. Exam Dates have been Announced now, the Exam was held on 2nd January 2022. The XAT 2022 entrance exam is organized every year by the official authorities of the XLRI. The XLRI is commonly known as the Xavier Labour Relations Institute. The official authorities of the Xavier Labour Relations Institute will organize the XAT 2022 entrance exam on behalf of the XAMI. The XAT 2022 entrance exam is commonly known as the Xavier Aptitude Test. 

The XAT 2022 entrance exam has been organized at the university level by the official authorities with an aim to provide admission to eligible applicants in more than 150 top B – Schools located in India. The applicants who want to get admission to different courses offered in the field of Management can apply for the XAT 2022 entrance exam. The applicants need to satisfy the eligibility criteria in order to apply for the XAT 2022 entrance exam.

XAT 2022 Application Form

In the below section the applicants will get the basic information about the process of filling the XAT 2022 Application Form for applying for the entrance exam. 

• In order to apply for the entrance exam, the applicants will first have to check the eligibility criteria and meet them. The Application Form has been Released on 5th August 2021.
• Then the applicants will have to register themselves in online mode for the entrance exam. Applicants can be filled till 30th November 2021.
• The applicants who will not complete the registration process will not be able to appear for the XAT entrance exam.

• The applicant will not be able to get the XAT 2022 Application Form offline mode.
• The applicants will have to log in to the official website of the university and then register themselves.
• In order to register on the official website, the applicants will have to create a new account on the official website of the university. 
• The applicants will have to provide their name, date of birth, valid mobile number and email id at the time of registration process.

XAT 2022 Application fee

XAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:

• For the entrance exam only citizens of India are eligible to apply. 

Internationality:

• The applicants who are NRI and Foreign Nationals are also eligible to apply. 

Age limit:

• The applicants must not be less than 20 years of age at the time of admission. 

Educational Qualification:

• The applicants who have completed minimum 3 years of Bachelor’s degree program or any equivalent exam in relevant discipline from a recognized college or institution are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam. 

Minimum Marks:

• The applicants must have secured at least 60 % marks in the qualifying exam. 

Scorecard:

• The applicants who are NRI and Foreign nationals can only apply for the entrance exam if they have a valid GMAT scorecard with them. 

XAT 2022 Exam Pattern

For the reference of the applicants, in the below section we have listed some basic information about the XAT 2022 Exam Pattern for the entrance exam. 

• Number of Papers: The question paper of the entrance exam will contain two papers that is Paper 1 and Paper 2. 
• Mode of Exam: The entrance exam has been organized in online mode as computer based test. 
• Duration of Exam: The applicants will get 170 minutes to solve the question paper of Paper 1 and 35 minutes for paper 2. 
• Language of Exam: The applicants will have to solve the question paper in English language only. 
• Total Number of Questions: The applicants will have to answer 72 questions in total in Paper 1 and 25 questions in paper 2, along with one Essay topic. 
• Total Marks: The question paper of the Paper 1 will contain 72 marks and Paper 2 will contain 25 marks in total. 
• Type of Questions: The entrance exam will contain both subjective and objective type multiple choice questions in the question paper. 
• Marking Scheme: One mark has been provided for each correct answer given in the entrance exam. 
• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks has been deducted for each wrong answer given in Paper 1 whereas there are no negative markings for wrong answers in Paper 2.
• Section: The question paper of the entrance exam will contain four sections as mentioned below.

• Quantitative Ability
• Decision Making
• English Language and Logical Reasoning
• G. K. (General Knowledge) and Essay

XAT 2022 Exam Syllabus

The official authorities have not provided any information about the XAT 2022 Exam Syllabus for the reference of the applicants for better preparation of the entrance exam. However, the applicants must refer to the official website of the university in order to get complete information about the XAT 2022 Exam Syllabus for the preparation of the entrance exam. 

The applicants are requested to prepare for the entrance exam from the subjects like English Language and Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, Decision Making, General Knowledge (G. K.) and Essay.

XAT 2022 Merit List

The official authorities of the XLRI will release the XAT 2022 Merit List in online mode on the official website of the university. The applicants has been able to get the XAT 2022 Merit List after the announcement of the scorecard of the entrance exam. 

The applicants will have to use their login credentials that is the User ID and password generated at the time of registration in order to get the XAT 2022 Merit List. The XAT 2022 Merit List has been prepared on the basis of the scores secured by the applicants in the entrance exam. 

The applicants has been short listed by the official authorities on the basis of their performance in the XAT 2022 Merit List. The short listed applicants has been able to get their names listed in the XAT 2022 Merit List. As per the XAT 2022 Merit List the official authorities will conduct the further admission procedures. 

XAT 2022 Counselling Session 

The applicants will get the details about the XAT 2022 Counselling Session in the below section. The official authorities will provide admission to the applicants on the basis of the XAT 2022 Merit List of the entrance exam. The applicants who have qualified the entrance exam has been called for the further interview and group discussion rounds. 

The official authorities will call the short listed applicants only for the XAT 2022 Counselling Session. The applicants will then be nominated on the basis of their performance and scores in the XAT 2022 entrance exam, previous year scores, work experience, eligibility criteria. The applicants are instructed to be present for the XAT 2022 Counselling Session in person on the scheduled date. 

The XAT 2022 Counselling Session has been different for each course. The official authorities will provide admission to the qualified applicants in the institution on the basis of the applicant’s performance in the XAT 2022 entrance exam, personal interview round, or group discussion round, academic performance, work experiences, and other activities.
