The GATE 2021 Admit Card will be available via online mode on 1st week of January 2021. The GATE 2021 Examination will be conducted on the 1st week of February 2021. GATE 2021 Examinations will be organized during the forenoon (9 am to 12 noon) and the afternoon (2 pm to 5 pm) sessions on weekends. How to Download GATE Admit Card 2021

The applicants can download the GATE admit card by following the procedure mentioned below for them and they have to follow it.

  • Candidates should have to click on the link of the admit card available on the official website.
  • They have to log in on the official website by entering the GATE enrollment ID, or registered email ID, password, and captcha.

Instructions for Candidates

Candidates have to follow the given instructions on the day of the exam:

  • Candidates have to report at the exam center before 60 minutes of the start of the GATE 2021 Examination.
  • No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 09:30 AM (Forenoon session) & after 2:30 PM (Afternoon session) of the GATE 2021 Examination.
  • It is compulsory to bring a valid GATE Hall Ticket 2021 on exam day. Otherwise, candidates will not be allowed to appear in the GATE 2021 Examination.
  • The candidate has to carry the admit card along with the one prescribed photo Id proof.
  • Candidates’ photo ID proof details should match the admit card details.
  • No candidate will be permitted after the prescribed reporting time.
  • During the GATE 2021 Examination, no candidates will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the closure of the test.
  • In the Examination hall, only admit cards, identification cards & pens will be permitted to be taken inside the examination hall.
  • A simple wristwatch without any calculation device is permissible at the Examination Hall.

In case if the candidate does not remember the login credential, follow the instructions given below:

  • On the login page of GOAPS, click on the button ‘Forgot Enrollment ID or Password?’
  • In the next window, two options will be provided.
  • If you remember the Enrollment ID/Email Address, but forgotten Password, click on “Request for an OTP” to get One Time Password.
  • If you already have an OTP, click on “Already have an OTP?” to reset the password.
  • Submit the details.

  • The GATE 2021 Admit Card is very important to carry at the time of the exam with a small size photo and signature.
  • To ensure its protection, it would be prudent to laminate it. The Admit Card must be protected from getting scratches. It is seen that the name and center of the exam get removed with overuse.

  • The GATE 2021 Admit Card must be presented for verification along with at least 1 original valid photo identification proof.
