GATE Admit Card 2024 Dates

The GATE 2024 Admit Card will be available online mode on 3rd January 2024. The GATE 2024 Examination will be conducted on the 3rd, 4th, 10th & 11th of February 2024.

GATE 2024 Examinations will be organized during the forenoon (9 am to 12 noon) and the afternoon (2 pm to 5 pm) sessions on weekends. Without a valid GATE 2024 Hall Ticket and photo identification, proof candidates cannot sit in the GATE 2024 Examination.

Instructions for Candidates

Candidates have to follow the given instructions on the day of the exam:

• Candidates must report to the exam centre 60 minutes before the start of the GATE 2024 Examination.
• No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 09:30 AM (Forenoon session) & after 2:30 PM (Afternoon session) of the GATE 2024 Examination.
• Bringing a valid GATE Hall Ticket 2024 is compulsory on exam day. Otherwise, candidates will not be allowed to appear in the GATE 2024 Examination.
• The candidate must carry the admit card and the prescribed photo Id proof.
• Candidates’ photo ID proof details should match the admit card details.
• No candidate will be permitted after the prescribed reporting time.
• During the GATE 2024 Examination, no candidates will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the closure of the test.
• In the Examination hall only admit cards, identification cards & pens will be permitted to be taken inside the examination hall.
• A simple wristwatch without any calculation device is permissible at the Examination Hall.

In case if forget your Enrollment ID or Password 

In case the candidate does not remember the login credential, follow the instructions given below:

• On the login page of GOAPS, click on the button ‘Forgot Enrollment ID or Password?’
• In the next window, two options will be provided.
• If you remember the Enrollment ID/Email Address but forgot the Password, click “Request for an OTP” to get a Time Password.
• If you already have an OTP, click “Already have an OTP?” to reset the Password.
• Submit the details.

Information About the Admit Card 

• The GATE 2024 Admit Card is critical to carry with a small-size photo and signature during the exam.
• To ensure its protection, it would be prudent to laminate it. The Admit Card must be protected from getting scratched. It is seen that the name and centre of the exam get removed with overuse.
• Before starting the GATE 2024 exam, it is required to read the instructions mentioned in the question paper.
