NSD Admission 2024 List of Selected Candidates will be released in 4th week of July 2024. The final Interview Result will be Declared in 3rd week of August 2024. The National Theater School is a theatrical training institution in India. It offers 3 years of training in theatre and allied arts. The National Theater School, New Delhi, conduct the NSD Admission process.

The school conducts the preliminary examination/hearing and the final workshop for admission. It is mandatory to appear in all tours organized by the NSD Admission.

NSD Admission Procedure 2024

The university will provide admission by conducting three rounds to select candidates. Candidates will be shortlisted for the next selection round based on a written test. The university will provide admission by driving the three rounds for candidate selection.

In the first round, candidates must pass the preliminary written exam and, in the second round, must pass the workshop/round audition.

Candidates will be convened for the workshop at the NSD Delhi campus. Candidates must be in person for the workshop round at the designated centre. Candidates will be shortlisted for this round on their performance on the entrance exam.

The selected candidates must report to the NSD campus for the final workshop round. Selected candidates must appear on the NSD campus for the final round of the workshop. This is the last and last step towards admission to the university.

The names of the selected candidates will be published on the university’s website a few days after the declaration of results. Candidates will be selected based on merit prepared by the university. Applicants may be admitted based on the workshop grade followed by the pre-interview.

Candidates will be screened in two stages. In the first stage, i.e. preliminary interview, candidates have to go through the audition for a practical test, which will be conducted in New Delhi and nine other centres. At the time of the interview, applicants must submit original documents/certificates. Candidates will be evaluated in two stages.
