NDRI Admission 2023 Admission has been done through NTA CUET (UG) 2023. National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, started as the Imperial Institute of Animal Husbandry and Dairying in 1923 at Bangalore. It has been expanded and renamed as Imperial Dairy Institute in 1936 and been known as National Dairy Research Institute after gaining independence in 1947. Subsequently, in 1955, NDRI headquarters were shifted to Karnal. Facilities at Bangalore had been retained to operate as Regional stations to serve in the Southern States.

At present, National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal is offering a B. Tech bachelor’s in Dairy Technology (DT), Diploma in Dairy Technology, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying, Master’s program in dairying as well as doctoral programs in different disciplines of dairying and dairy technology.

NDRI trip and has a B. Tech. Degree Program in Dairy Technology. This Degree program offers intensive education in processing and quality monitoring of milk and products and engineering aspects of dairy processing equipment. The eligibility for admission is 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English from the Board/ University acknowledged Institute. Confessions to B.Tech. (DT) program is made through an All India Combined Entrance Examination by the Education Division of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi. The Master in Dairying program will be at least 3 years for students graduating with a 3-Years UG degree program and 2 years for graduates with a 4-Years UG professional degree.

NDRI 2023 Application Form

NDRI Admission 2023 Application Form has been Released through NTA CUET (UG) 2023. The regime of entrance examination is Online only. UG admissions are given per AIEEA exam scores, and PG admissions are considered based on University examination scores.

Candidates must either be an Indian Nationals or PIO (Persons of Indian Origin) or OCI (A Foreign Country Citizen of India).

NDRI 2023 How to Apply 

• Students need to visit the ICAR Official Portal.
• Select the Course you want to apply for – UG or PG.
• Fill out the ICAR Exam Application Form with the proper details.
• Upload Photograph and Signature.
• Choose a mode of Fee Payment (Online Payment Gateway, SBBJ Bank Challan, NEFT Challan (to the banks other than SBBJ).
• Make the Fee Payment &adopt a printout of Challan.
• If you are paying the requisite fee through Go Offline, visit the prescribed bank & Make the Payment of the fee.
• Present To The ICAR AIEEA Application Form.
• Now, Application Number and Password will be created& note them for further reference.
• Take a hard copy of the ICAR Online Application Form for use in the future.

NDRI 2023 Result

NDRI Admission 2023 Result will be Declared through NTA CUET (UG). NDRI Result and Counselling details for the admission to National Dairy Research Institute’s B. Tech Programme are available here on this page below.

NDRI Results for the exam conducted in May 2023 will be declared in the form of the merit list which will be declared in the second week of June 2023. The merit list will be prepared based on the marks the qualified candidates scored.

After completing the Result, the NDRI Counselling will start the process. Admission is performed on the basis of merit through the All India Entrance Examination conducted by the National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal.

NDRI 2023 Admission Procedure

All the original certificates and mark sheets are to be presented at the time of NDRI counselling. Candidates who do not produce all the original certificates and mark foliage will not be admitted.

That reporting late will have to register arrival time as a belated entry in the attendance register and will be considered for counselling as per the latest situation of seats available during that time. The seats already filled up will not be disturbed in such a situation.
