The university takes 3 constituent colleges viz. College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Durg, College of Dairy Science and Food Technology, Raipur, and College of Fisheries, Kawardha.

The University provides a prerequisite for the expansion of human resources by conveying education in the domain of veterinary and Animal Sciences.

CGKV 2024 Application Form

• CGKV Admission 2024 Application Form will be Releasing soon for Various Courses.
• The applicants can relate to admissions on account of their score in the state-level competitive examination accompanied by the Chhattisgarh State Professional Examination Board.
• The designated applicants must register themselves for the course by following these steps:
• Update the Dean of the College of which they have been designated, on the date of admission set by the University.
• Carry two copies of attested documents along with all relevant original documents for proof and sum of fee and registration of courses.

Candidates are directed to bring the attested photocopies of the following documents along with the originals:

• High school certificate (age proof)
• Mark Sheet of High School
• Intermediate marks sheet and certificate
• Caste and creed certificate– if required
• Character Certificate from the Dean/Head/Principal of the University/Institution last attended.
• Migration Certificate from the competent authority of the University/Institution last attended
• Scorecard of state-level competitive examination
• Other relevant documents

CGKV 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the CGKV 2024 Eligibility Criteria.

Bachelor of Veterinary Science [BVSc] & A.H.

• Applicant should not be under 17 years considering on December 31st of the admission year.
• Applicant must have succeeded in the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English as the required subjects from a recognized board of school education.
• Applicants coming from GEN /OBC /NRI would have obtained least 50% marks in the qualifying degree. Relaxation of 10% marks is given to SC/ST sort applicants.

BE/B.Tech

• Applicant should not be under 17 years considering on December 31st of the admission year.
• Applicant must have succeeded in 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English as the required subjects from a recognized board of school education.
• Applicants coming from GEN /OBC /NRI must have gained a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying degree. Relaxation of 10% marks is given to SC/ST class applicants.
