- Educational qualification: The applicants applying for the LLM course should have passed their LLB or any equivalent degree from any well-known discipline education board.
- Minimum Percentage: The applicants who belong to the general category have to score at least above 55 % to get admission in this course and the applicant who Belong to the reserved category which is ST or SC category, has to score at least above 50 % in their exams.

Eligibility criteria for the Ph.D. course
- Educational qualification: The applicants who are opting for this course they have to have a master’s degree in law from any well-known discipline education board.
- Minimum Percentage: The applicants who belong to general category have to score 55 % in their exam whereas the applicant who belongs to the reserved category have to score above 50 % in the exam to get selected for the Ph.D. program.
National Law University Delhi 2023 Exam Paper Pattern

- Total Marks:
- The Question paper of BA LLB (Hons.) exam and Post – Graduate (PG) courses consist of total 150 marks each
- The Question paper of LLM exam consists of a total of 100 marks.
- Marking system: The applicants will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer attempted
- Negative marking: There will not be any negative marking which means the marks of the applicant will not be deducted for any wrong answer attempted

Once the results are out, the authorities will conduct the counseling session. The counseling process will be conducted in offline mode. The applicants will be selected and will be allotted the seats in college and university.
The seats will be given to only those applicants who have scored good marks in the entrance exam. The counseling process will be started in the fourth week of June 2023.
The applicants are instructed to attend all the sessions of counseling. If the applicants fail to be present at the session then the applicant will be removed from the admission process. And he or she will not be getting admission in this course
