North Odisha University 2023 2nd Seat Allotment List has been Released on 9th August 2023 for PG Courses. North Orissa University was formed in 1998 under the Government of Odisha. University has granted recognition from the UGC in 2000. At present, 82 universities of the Mayurbhanj and Keonjhar districts are plugged under the university.

The university also comprises two autonomous universities and two Law colleges according to its branch. North Orissa University aims to bestow quality education at UG, PG, M.Phil. and PhD level. • North Odisha University 2023 Application Form has been Released on 1st May 2023 for PG Courses.
• The application for all the courses may be submitted online as well as offline.
• For offline applications, the form may be downloaded from the university website.
• The payment is due in form of Demand Draft issued in favor of the Comptroller of Finance, North Orissa University, payable at Baripada.
• For the online applications, payments can be made through debit card, credit card, or net banking.

North Odisha University 2023 Merit List has been Released on 20th July 2023 for PG Courses. North Orissa University, otherwise known as the NOU, was established in 1998. It is a renowned university with a total of 22 ministries. It offers the degree in various spheres for UG, PG and Doctoral courses.

Offering 12 self-finance and 8 regular PG courses for the length of 2 years.

• The admission to the PG courses would be based upon the entrance test conducted by the university.
• The test will include the 50 objective questions based on the graduation subject.
• The test is for the entire duration of 1 hour.
• The minimum marks for qualifying the exam is 30%.

Offering 4 self-financing and 7 ordinary M.Phil. courses for the duration of 1 year.

• The admission to the M.Phil. courses would be based upon the university’s entrance test (50 multiple choice questions).
• The qualified applicants will be called for the interview.
• UGC- CSIR/ NET/ Gate qualified candidates do not need to appear for the entrance test.

Offers 19 Pre-Ph.D and Ph.D. courses under the Department of Arts and Science.

• The admission to the PhD courses would be based upon the university’s entrance test (50 multiple choice questions).
• The qualified applicants will be invoked for the interview.
• UGC- CSIR/ NET/ Gate qualified candidates are not required to appear for the entrance test.
• Nominees with M.Phil degree in relevant subjects are also exempted from the entrance tests.
