This university was established in 1910 by Dr. Sam Higginbottom, and it became the first institute in India to offer a degree in Agricultural Engineering in 1942. - Primarily, applicants need to go on the official webpage of the Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology, and Sciences.

Application Fee
The Application Fee is Rs. 450.00 (i.e., Rs.400/- for Prospectus & Application Forms and Rs.50/- for postal charges), and through cash payment candidates need to pay Rs. 400.00 (i.e. Rs.400/– for Prospectus and Application Forms) from the university fee counter on any working day, i.e., from Monday to Friday (09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.).

SHIATS 2024 Exam Pattern
Applicants need to go with the exam pattern to know the complete structure of the question paper and the exam pattern provided below.
- The exam is conducted for two hours for both UG and PG.
- One mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- The SHIAT 2024 Question Paper will be for 160 marks.
- UG courses questions will be in both English and Hindi
- For PG courses the questions are given only in English
SHIATS 2024 Syllabus
The questions will be asked in the SHIATS entrance examination from the 11th and 12th grades for UG courses and all the important topics of UG courses for PG courses.
Applicants must have to prefer these subjects for better preparation of the examination.
SHIATS Admit Card 2024
On the Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology, and Sciences official website, the SHIATS Admit Card will be issued to the applicants in June 2024.
Candidates must have to visit the examination center with passport-size photographs (similar to that pasted on the application form) along with the admit card to the entrance test center for verification.
SHIATS Result 2024
The applicants will be shortlisted in the separated merit list in different categories based on marks obtained in the SHIATS entrance examination.
There will be separate merit lists under each category (Christian and general) for undergraduate, postgraduate B.Ed. and M.Ed. as per application form number will be displayed on the notice boards of the university and will also be available on the University Website.
SHIATS Counseling 2024
Those applicants will be shortlisted as per the ranking in each category (Christian and general) will call out for counseling sessions conducted through authority.
