JEE Main 2023 Exam Pattern, Paper Pattern, Marking Scheme – Check Here
JEE Main 2023 April Session Exam will be held from April 2023. The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India (GOI) has established the National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent autonomous and self-sustained premier testing organization under Society Registration Act 1860 for conducting efficient, transparent and international standards tests in order to assess the competency of candidates for admissions to premier higher education institutions.
JEE Main 2023 Exam pattern has been announced, and according to the NTA, Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be conducted in two shifts per day. According to the latest notification released by NTA, Paper 1 will be Computer Based Test (CBT) and Paper 2 will be Partially CBT Based (Mathematics and Aptitude Test) and Partly Pen Paper Based (Drawing Section).
It is very important for the students to make sure that they are aware of the latest JEE Main Exam pattern which is declared by NTA. JEE Main 2023 Exam Pattern
JEE Main 2023 Examination will be organized in April 2023 for April Session and May 2023 for May Session. The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at JEE (Main) is limited to 03 (three).
- The NTA (National Testing Agency) 2023 Exams are Conducted Totally in 11 Languages like English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Odiya, Tamil, Urdu & Telugu.

Mode of Examination
JEE (Main)-2023 will be conducted in the following mode:
- Paper-1 (B.E. /B. Tech.) in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only.
- Paper-2 (B. Arch/ B.Planning): Mathematics- Part I and Aptitude Test-Part II in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only and Drawing Test -Part III in “Pen & Paper Based” (offline) mode to be attempted on the drawing sheet.
Type of Examination
JEE Main 2023 shall have two papers, Paper-1 (B. E. /B. Tech.) and Paper-2 (B. Arch. /B.Planning). Candidates may take Paper-1 (B. E. /B. Tech.), or Paper-2 (B. Arch. /B.Planning.), or both as per the course(s) they are seeking admission to. Choice of Medium of Question Papers
The medium of Question Paper shall be in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. The option of question paper language should be exercised while filling up the Application Form and it cannot be changed at a later stage.
