ukseeUKSEE refers to Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination and it is conducted every year by Uttarakhand Technical University which is referred as UTU for providing admission to interested and eligible candidates into different Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. UKSEE is conducted on the level of State and candidates must secure enough marks to get admission to the college.

Candidates must be aware that the UKSEE scores are used to provide admission to several courses such as B. Pharma, M. Tech, MCA, B. Tech LE, B. Pharma, BHMCT, M. Pharma, MBA, and so on. The entrance exam provides the candidates the opportunity to take admitted in several private and government colleges located in the state of Uttarakhand.

UKSEE 2023 Application Form

  • As per the latest sources, the application form will be released in the first week of May 2023.

  • Candidates must upload scanned and clear images of their photographs and signatures in the prescribed dimensions and format.

UKSEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Everyone is required to take the eligibility criteria into consideration before proceeding to apply for the examination. The eligibility varies according to the courses in which one applies.

Candidates are requested to go through the eligibility criteria carefully and then proceed toward the application process. If one is found to be not eligible then sadly one would be rejected from the examination process. You can go through the gist of the eligibility criteria that is given below such as nationality, domicile, qualifications and educational limit, etc.

B.Pharma (1st Year and Lateral Entry)

  • Qualifying Examination: All the candidates need to have completed their class 12th exam from a recognized board or university with Physics, Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with mathematics, Biotechnology, or biology.
  • Marks Required: All the candidates need to have acquired a minimum of 45% marks if they are general and 40% marks if they are reserved candidates in their qualifying examination.
  • Lateral Entry only for UK Domicile: All the candidates need to have completed their diploma exam in a program from an AICTE-approved Institution with a minimum mark of 45% if they are general or 40% marks if they are reserved, category candidates.

B.Tech (Lateral Entry)

  • Marks Required: All the candidates need to have completed their diplomas from an AICTE-approved institution with a minimum of 45% marks if they are general and 40% marks if they are reserved category candidates in the field of engineering or technology.
  • Qualification Required: All the candidates need to have completed their B. Sc degree from a recognized board or university as recognized by UGC with a minimum of 45% marks if they are general or 40% marks if they are reserved category and they must have passed class 12th with mathematics as a mandatory subject.


  • Qualification Required: All the candidates need to possess a bachelor’s degree or any equivalent degree in the relevant field according to the AICTE norms.
  • Marks Required: All the candidates need to have scored a minimum of 50% marks if general or 45% marks if reserved category candidate.


  • Qualification Required: Candidates need to possess a degree in BCA, B. Sc, BE, B. Tech or BE or any other equivalent degree from any recognized board or university.
  • Marks Required: All the candidates need to have passed the qualifying exam with a minimum of 50% marks if general and 45% marks if they belong to the reserved category.
  • Subjects Required: The candidates need to have passed Mathematics at the Intermediate level or at the graduation level.


The candidates need to possess a degree in B. Pharma from a recognized board or university with a minimum of 55% marks if general or 50% marks if reserved. Those who have qualified GPAT will be preferred first and then the remaining seats are going to be offered to UKSEE-qualified candidates.

UKSEE 2023 Exam Pattern

Comprehensive knowledge regarding the exam pattern is of utmost importance and candidates must prepare and form their strategy as per the examination pattern. UKSEE 2023 Admit Card

The admit cards are going to be published online mode around the second week of June 2023. In order to download your admit card, candidates need to enter their roll number and also password. One must note that the admit card is going to consist of the date of the exam, time, center of the exam, name of the candidates, and also the roll number.

One will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without the admit card and also valid ID proof. If you find any discrepancy in the admits card, you may report the same to the official authorities.

UKSEE 2023 Answer Key

Once the exam is conducted successfully, the answer keys are also published within a few days. Candidates can access the same using the official website in an online manner and calculate their raw scores. The answer keys are expected to be released in the last week of June 2023. UKSEE 2023 Results
