GADVASU 2023 Application Form

- Be there on the website and tick on“Apply Now” for admission in various courses.
- Application for admission to several courses in the GADVASU is to submit through online mode only. Application in paper form will not be accepted.
- Enrolment of the applicant intends to be the primary stage of online application. When the registration is done, the applicant can open the gateway using email and password.
- Complete the form online and put up a soft copy of passport size photograph, left thumb impression & signature of not more than 50 kb.
- Applicants are demanded to record their application ID and not share it with others.
- Now give the required sum through net banking or credit card or debit card.
- Connect to the Finish button after giving the application fees.
- Get the print of the confirmation page or tick on “Download Application” to download the filled-in application form.
- When the application acquiesces, the student will be offered a “Dashboard” to confirm the application status, download the application form available in PDF, download the admit card, etc.
- Application fees for UG Courses: Rs 7000 and for PG and Ph.D. Courses: Rs 7500.
Required Document
For UG programs:
- Self-attested copies of 10th, 12th, and Character Certificate.
- Self-attested copies of Caste Certificate, if applicable.
- Self-attested copies of the Residence Certificate obtained from the competent authority in the prescribed format.
- Self-declaration of parent/guardian in the prescribed format.
- Income Certificate from Tehsildar for candidates under SC/ST category who claim fee concession and whose family income is below INR 2.5 Lakhs.
- Self-undertaking of the gap in the study period, if applicable.
For PG programs:
Self-attested copies of educational certificate and mark sheet starting from the 10th class including qualifying examination issued by the Board/University.
