KIIT 2019 Application (For MBA Course) has been Started on 12th October 2018. Entry to KIIT 2018 University. The Kalinga Industrial Training Institute, Bhubaneswar, offers several undergraduate, masters and PhD courses.

He offers courses in engineering, medicine, administration, biotechnology, law and more. The university conducted its own entrance exam with the name of KIITEE.

KIIT University Admission 2018 Dates

KIIT University has announced the all application and exam dates. Here, we have mentioned the dates for KIITEE entrance exam through which candidates can get admission in KIIT.

KIIT University Application Form 2018

Applicants can access the KIITEE 2018 Entrance Examination Brochure on the KIIT website. Applicants should read it carefully to complete the application form.

  • The KIIT has been releasing its application form for providing admissions from the 20th November 2017.
  • The application form has been released through online mode.
  • The last date to apply in KIIT is 31st March 2018.
  • Candidates have to upload their scanned photograph, signature and 10th mark sheet/certificate.
  • Once the candidates will submit their application form, they can also check their application status.
  • Candidates do not have to send the hard copy of the filled-in application form to the KIIT.

Application Fee:


There is no application fee charged by the university for the entrance exam application form.

Eligibility Criteria

Here, we have given the complete eligibility criteria for various degree courses.

For UG Courses:

  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates should pass the 10+2 or its equivalent exam from a recognized board.
  • Passing Year: The candidate should be passed in 2016, 2017 and appearing in 2018 can apply.
  • Qualifying Exam Marks: Candidates should have 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
  • Lateral Entry: Candidates should have the three years of Diploma in respective field with 60% aggregate marks.

For PG Courses:

  • Qualifying Exam: Applying candidate must have the UG degree in the respective field in which he/she is applying.
  • Minimum Marks: Candidates should be passed with minimum of 50% marks.
  • GATE Qualified Candidates: Such candidates those have score 400 or above need not sit in the entrance examination.

For Research Programme:

  • For Ph.D: Candidate having M.Tech/ME/ MCA/MBA or equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA or M.Sc./MA/M.Com/LLM or an equivalent degree with minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent can apply.

KIIT University Admission Procedure 2018

Applicants who wish to apply for admission to KIIT University must appear on their entrance examination. The university has conducted its own entrance exam to offer admission to the courses offered.

On the basis of the qualifications obtained by the candidate for the entrance examination, he will be called for the advisory procedure. Admission to medical courses will be offered based on the NEET qualification.

KIITEE Entrance Exam:


KIITEE is the entrance exam that KIIT University conducts to provide admissions. Except in medical courses, the entrance examination is done for each course. The entry test will be via the online mode (CBT).

Candidates can obtain their admission card for the test in online mode using their login credentials. The KIITEE admission card will be transmitted from April 1, 2018 to April 5, 2018. The result will be declared on May 5, 2018.

KIITEE Merit List 2018:


On the basis of the qualifications obtained by the candidate for the entrance examination, a list of merits will be prepared separately. The merit list will be prepared by course for each course. The university will also publish the ranking card indicating the rank of the candidate. The classification card will also be sent to applicants by mail.

Depending on the rank of the candidate on the merit list, they will be called for advice. Candidates can access the list of merits of the university’s website after a few days of the results statement.

KIIT University Counselling:


The KIIT counselling will begin May 20, 2018. Depending on the availability of vacancies in different courses, the university will notify the time interval for the assessment. Candidates who reach the rank above the range will be asked for advice.

At the time of the council, the candidates must bring the necessary documents in the original. The allocation of seats will be purely based on merit and entrance examination. The full schedule of counseling will be published after the result statement.

After the seat is awarded at the time of the council, candidates must report to the university for final admission. Candidates must inform the university with their original documents and complete the admission form.

At the time of admission, applicants must pay admission fees with the semester rate. Final admission will only be offered after the presentation of the original documents. Classes will probably start in June 2018.
