ICAR AIEEA 2023 Result will be Declared in May 2023. ICAR result is expected to declare on the ICAR website, the result of the ICAR  examination will be available in terms of the overall merits list. this year, ICAR AIEEA  Examination is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency).

NTA conducts the All India Entrance Examination for Admission. The exam for UG and PG will be conducted separately.

The AIEEA UG is conducted for candidates to offer admission to Bachelor’s degree courses in agriculture. AIEEA PG offers admission to Master’s degree courses offered by Agricultural Universities.

ICAR AIEEA 2023 Result will be Declared in May 2023 for UG & PG Courses. ICAR AIEEA UG result 2023 will be published on the official website of the body conducting the Exam, i.e., ICAR.

Once the results have been reported, a definitive list of categories will be prepared and published on the official ICAR website at www.icar.org. The list should contain personal information about the candidate as well as the council calendar.

ICAR AIEEA 2023 Counseling will be started in October 2023. The qualified candidates must register on the website for admission through counseling.

The candidates have to download the call letter to attend the counseling. The candidates can check their Results from the website by entering the roll number and name.

In the Result/scorecard, the candidate’s overall merit rank and category rank will be declared which is obtained by the candidate. Candidates have been able to check the Result in May 2023.

ICAR Merit List 2023

All the OMR answer sheets are checked through a computer/scanner.

• It is also checked by the computer by machining the OMR answer sheet.
• All the applicant’s answer sheets are checked streamwise, ( stream A /B ).
• Optional subject-wise ( agricultural, mathematics, biology, etc.).
• And series wise i.e.( series 1, series 2 ).
• The answer key to a test is prepared in advance.

In the case of the Equal merit list:

• Merit will be determined by the compulsory subject wise.
• That candidate will get more marks in compulsory subjects such as physics and chemistry.
• If again candidates are matched with the compulsory subject, then age will be considered for the high merit list.
• For the counseling category, wise selected candidates are applied for the reserved category.

Re-checking/revaluation of merit list;

• According to the ICAR AIEEA  requests for revaluation of the mark, the sheet is not entertaining.
• The mark sheet of a candidate is evaluated in a systematic way which is zero error possibility.
• If the candidate wishes to revalue their OMR mark sheet, then they need to send a written letter.
• For the revaluation of the OMR mark sheet, the candidate should request within ten days only.
• After the given date by the policy of ICAR AIEEA, the request of the candidate will be rejected.
• The student has to pay rs 500 through the demand draft.

Reservation/Seats:

For the  Academic year  2023, The undergraduate courses are offered by the NDRI, Karnal, and RLB Central Agricultural Universities Jhansi while PG is offered by the NDRI, IARI, IVRI, and CIFE.

State Agricultural Universities are also providing admission through ICAR  AIEEA UG and PG entrance exams. ICAR AIEEA  offers 15% seats for UG  degree courses and  25% seats for PG degree courses.

After reporting the outcome, IRCAR will provide online advice. Students must attend the online counseling tour for admission to all prescribed documents. To verify their outcome, applicants must provide their registration number and password.

The seats will be given to the students, PG, merits obtained by the candidates in UGPG, all India entrance examination. ICAR examination is pen paper-based examination or test for PG and UG  candidates

The candidate will be eligible to take admission in a specific course in agricultural programs, as per candidates’ choice and merit seat available.

The result of  ICAR AIEEA will also be displayed at the examination of the cell of ICAR. The result and marks scored by the candidates and merits will be declared through the result of AIEEA UG 2023.

• The candidates have to visit the official website.

• Enter the login details i.e. application number and password.
• Use your login ID, i.e. application number and password.
• Now, click on the “login” button.
• The Result will be displayed on the screen.

ICAR AIEEA 2023 Merit List

A separate Merit List will be prepared by the council for every major subject-group. If 2 candidates will get the same marks, then, in this case, a relative merit/ rank link will be made.

The final category-wise rank list will be made based on the reservation category of the candidate in the OMR Sheet. Based on the rank list, the candidates will be called for the counseling process.

AIEEA UG 2023 Counselling

The authority of ICAR will conduct the counseling procedure after the declaration of the ICAR AIEEA 2023 Result. The counseling process will be conducted through online mode. The qualified candidates will be able to appear for the online counseling process.

Candidates are advised to carry self-attested as well as original documents/ certificates during admission to the institutions. The authority will release the notification of counseling on the official website. after the seat allotment, the candidates have to report to the allotted college for the confirmation of Seats and admission.

Online Counselling Procedure

• Applicants must register and pay the consultation fees by online mode (credit card/debit card/bank network).
• Candidates who meet the requirements for the admission examination in different categories may choose the courses/universities within the prescribed period.
• The candidate will be able to choose the courses and the university in combination to select several options for the courses. Applicants
• should have the opportunity to add/ modify/remove options during the stipulated period. Besides, the exchange/ascent/descent arrangement should also be available.
• After completing the choice of courses/universities, the candidate will save the options.
• Candidates can download the provisional grant letter in PDF format from the ICAR Admission Portal.
• For admission, selected applicants must attend the Designated University.
• After verifying the original documents of the candidates, the university will issue the final letter of online admission to the accepted candidates, mentioning the NTS prize, as appropriate. All letters will be in pdf format.
• The same process will be followed for the second and third rounds (if any) of advice.
• Any candidate who fails to provide the required document or fails to submit the orientation fee within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of the candidate’s admission.
