AILET 2023 Admission Procedure (Started), Provsional Merit List – Check Merit List Here

AILET 2023 4th Provisional Merit List has been Released on 31st July 2023 for LLM Course. 6th Provisional Merit List has been Released on 10th July, 2023. The admission Procedure has been started now.  AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) is a national-level examination administered by the National Law University (NLU), Delhi.

After qualifying for this exam, candidates can get admission to National Law universities all over India.  In the BA LLB program, 73 seats are available for admission on merit through AILET, followed by ten places open for direct access to Foreign Nationals on merit.

This exam is organized for candidates who wish to enter BA LLB, LLM, PhD, and PG Diploma courses. After passing this exam, candidates will be admitted to the NLU, Delhi, and its affiliated universities. In this article, we have updated detailed information on the admission procedure to AILET 2023.

AILET Admission Procedure 2023 – Started

Candidates will get admission into different courses based on the rank secured in the exam. The AILET 2023 admission procedure will only begin after the declaration of the result. The university will publish the first merit list of the selected candidates with the result. Candidates, who qualify for the exam, will receive their letter of admission by email and the quick publication on the 4th week of February 2023.

Qualified candidates must submit their admission/deposit to the university to confirm their admission. Candidates will present admission and counselling fees before the last date. Otherwise, the candidate’s admission will be cancelled. Admission will be closed on the 4th week of February 2023.

The university will conduct the interview round for selected candidates after the fee submission process. It will start in the last week of September 2023.

AILET 2023 Counselling

After completing the first tranche, the university will publish another list of qualified candidates to receive ad hoc advice only if the seats remain vacant. The local council will begin on the 4th week of June 2023.

This will be the last round of the admission process. This advice will only be valid for candidates on the waiting list. Selected candidates must send their admission fees before the deadline to confirm their entries.

AILET Counselling 2023 Reservation

There will be 40 seats for the LLM course, of which AILET will fill 35, and 5 seats will be reserved for foreigners.

For doctoral courses, there will only be five places. Then, candidates can check the distribution of positions to obtain the BA LLB and LLM titles according to the categories:
