AIBE 2020 Application Process

No student can apply for AIBE without filling the AIBE (XIV) 2020 Registration Form, so they have to provide various details and pay the required fee. The application form has been provided through online mode.

  • Candidates can fill the application form from 16th May 2020 And filled till 19th December 2020.
  • Candidates will have to upload the scanned images of Photograph, Signature, Category Certificate (if applicable) & Enrolment Certificate.
  • The uploaded documents should be self-attested.
  • For any correction in the application, contact the officials by email before the release of the admit card.
  • No need to send the printed online application to the council.
  • Any person intending to apply for AIBE 2020 will need to make an application and will need to get the scanned images and other documents attested. You need to connect all the documents and certificates which are mandatory for the completion of the application.
  • They need to first visit the website of AIBE and enlist down primary details such as name, contact no, and email id.
  • After being finished with the application procedures, the official will make you issue the application no and password. Before making a start with the furnish of application details, the e-challan will have to be produced in the presence of registration no, name, and contact no.
  • The application fee is paid by both online and offline and the payment is done category-wise.
  • After that, the form will become available for download, and you need to keep a copy of the form all through admission.

AIBE 2021

The AIBE 2021 Exam is the national level entrance exam conducted through Bar Council of India (BCI) to provide “Certificate of Practice” for the legal profession for the candidates. In the various law colleges of India conducted through BCI, admission will offer to the candidates. From the 2nd week of June 2020, the AIBE 2021 Application Form will be available till 2nd week of June 2021.

AIBE 2020 Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility Criteria which have to be fulfilled by students are given as follows-

  • The aspirants applying for AIBE 2020 must be Indian.
  • The aspirants should be completing three years or five years in L.L.B. from a BCI Law School.
  • There is no specification about the marks considered for admission.
  • Those from Law Graduates should hold advocate enrolment cards provided by the state bar council. They must be applying for State Bar Council.
  • There is no mention of any age criteria.
  • The students who want to apply for AIBE can make several attempts.
  • Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
  • Age Criteria: There will be no age limit criteria.
  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed a 3 or 5-year bachelor’s degree in LLB from any recognized university.
  • Candidates must have enrolled with their respective State Bar Council

AIBE 2020 Exam Pattern 

For those applying for the exam will need to know the various Exam Pattern mentioned below-

  • The exam will be in offline mode.
  • The aspirants will have four options to choose an appropriate answer
  • In the exam, there will be given a total of 100 questions to attempt to.
  • The question will be defined objectively.
  • The test-takers will have three hours and thirty minutes to finish the exam.

AIBE Syllabus 2020

The AIBE 2020 Syllabus will cover various topics in the field of law.

  • Candidates must prepare for the exam according to the official curriculum.
  • Some of the main topics included in the program are constitutional law, alternative claims litigation, including arbitration law, family law, administrative law, corporate law, and various other legal issues.

The examination will include topics from evidence act, company law, Labour and industrial law, professional ethics and cases of professional misconduct under BCI rules, the law of torts including motors, law related to taxation, intellectual property laws, the law of contracts, specific relief, properties laws, negotiable instrument act, land acquisition act, cyberlaw, environmental law, public interest litigation, alternative dispute Redressal, Indian panel code,  criminal procedure code and code of civil procedure.

AIBE 2020 Admit Card

AIBE Admit Card 2020 has been issued through online mode. The admit card for AIBE will be available for all those sitting for the exam with just one or two weeks left for the exam. Those seeking the process to download the admit card may receive it offline and online at the official page. It should be ensured to bring it regularly on the exam day till the finish of the exam.

The AIBE 2020 Admit Card contains the mandate details relating to exam and student including which are exam timing, exam venue, date and day, etc. Without an admit card, it is not allowed to take the exam, so it is required to be brought to the exam place. While providing the log details, make sure they all are valid and precise otherwise the admit card will not appear on the computer screen.

It can only be downloaded by those who are qualified and filled the registration form and those filling the form incompletely will not be eligible for getting the admit card from the website. After downloading it, you need to take the hard copy of the exam.

AIBE 2020 Answer Key

The exam conducting authority will release a provisional AIBE 2020 Answer Key to the candidates in online mode. Candidates can check their answer key through the website. Through the answer key, candidates can calculate their marks obtained in the examination.

If candidates have any objection to the answer key, they can register their complaints within ten days of the release of the answer key. After considering the objections, the authority will release the final answer key in the last week of January 2020.

AIBE 2020 Result

After the exam; the most awaiting aspect is resulted in knowing which is necessary for the students to qualify for the exam. The AIBE 2020 Result will be made available on the web page of concerned officials using online, and there are no other means by which the scorecard can be downloaded.

They must preserve the date of birth and roll no for checking the result. After the conclusion is out, the rank list/merit list is publicized on the website which is the list of selected students as per ranks and scores in the exam, and after that, they can successfully attend the counseling.

AIBE 2020 Counselling

As we know that the AIBE 2020 Counseling is the last procedure that decides the status of admission whether they are eligible for admission or not. The counseling will begin after the proclamation of the result/scorecard.

Those who are eligible and bearing names in the merit list will be considered for AIBE 2020 Counselling. It makes mention that they need to get 35% to qualify for the All India Bar Examination. While appearing for counseling, they will require to produce the certificates and documents for the authentication and then attend the seat distribution. Those with a seat will be provided with a seat distribution letter to report at the counseling venue.

AIBE 2020 Certificate

Candidates who will qualify for the AIBE 2020 Examination, will be awarded a ‘Certificate in Law’ in the law professions. Candidates, who will get the practice certificate, can practice law from any court in all over India.

Candidates are advised to collect their certificate of law at respective state bar council. The certificate will be released through the COB. Candidates will be able to get their certificate from given respective states:
