The applicants can fill the DAVUET 2022 Application Form online as well as offline. as per the steps mentioned below:

• The applicants who decide to fill the DAVUET 2022 Application Form online have to fill it through the official website.

• The applicants who decide to fill the Application Form offline have to purchase it from the selected exam center by paying the fee for the same.

DAVUET 2022 Application Fee

DAVUET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The important information related to the eligibility criteria is mentioned below for the applicants.

The applicants who have completed the HSC examination successfully are eligible for the entrance exam. The applicants from the general category must have achieved a minimum of 55% of the score in their HSC examination.

The applicants from the reserved category must have achieved a minimum of 50% of the score in their HSC examination.

The applicants should have studied PCM or PCB as the main subjects in their SSC & HSC examination. The applicants who will appear for all four subjects in the entrance exam will be directly selected for the B. Tech courses.

DAVUET 2022 Exam Pattern

The important information related to the paper pattern is mentioned below for the applicants.

• The entrance exam will be conducted only in the English
• There will be 100 questions in total on the exam paper.
• The questions asked in the exam will be MCQ type questions.
• Each correct answer will get 1 mark.
• Each wrong answer will lose a 0.25 mark.
• The entrance exam question paper will be divided into 4 subjects which will have 25 questions each.

Important Notes:

• Applicants for PCM stream need to attempt sections 1.2 & 3.
• Applicants for PCB stream need to attempt sections 1.2 & 4.
• Applicants for PCMB stream need to attempt all sections.

DAVUET 2022 Admit Card

As soon as the application is submitted by the applicant successfully the system will generate three copied of admit cards on the screen. The applicants then need to color print them and also past the recent passport size photo on it and sign in the given places.

Once done the applicants have to keep the students copy and the other two should be sent back to the university center selected by the applicant in the Application Form. This can be done by self-delivery or through Speed post along with the application fee of Rs 200/-.

If the applicants see any kind of mistake on the admit card they immediately need to contact the admission office and get things rectified.

The admit card is an important document for the applicants and should be carried along while going to attend the exam.

DAVUET 2022 Result

The results of the entrance exam will be released as per the university declared dates. The applicants must visit the website to get the results. The result looks similar to the scorecard and will be prepared based on the performance of the applicant in the entrance exam.

Based on the results and the scores achieved by the applicants in the entrance exam the officials in the university will prepare the merit list which will be common for all applicants. The university will not entertain any kind of request for re-checking/ re-evaluation of the answer sheets.

The merit list will have the information only such as the applicant’s name, roll number, and rank Card by the applicant from the highest to the lowest. In order to get the seats allotted for the courses, the applicants have to go through the counseling process.

DAVUET 2022 Counseling

All the applicants who cleared the entrance exams must appear in the Counselling process. Once the results are released by the university and the applicants have checked their results they should then download the Counselling letter also from the website.

The applicants must check all the details in the Counselling letter as it will have the information where the applicants must come for the Counselling and at what time.

If the applicants are not able to attend the Counselling on the given date and time the seats will be cancelled for them and will be allotted to the next applicant.

All the applicants will be called based on the scores they have achieved in the entrance exam. The applicant who will be scored will be called first and thereafter.

It is mandatory for the applicants to get all the below-listed documents at the time of counselling for verification.

• Call letter of counseling
• Marks sheet of the previous examination
• One valid identity proof
• Admit card
• Original or Provisional marks sheets of the qualifying exam
• Three passport size photographs
• Any other document or fee specified in the call letter of counseling.
