MH CET 2020MH CET Law 2019 Application Form for 5 Year (LLB) will be Releasing Soon. The Exam will be held on 21st April 2019 for 5 years (LLB) & 11th May 2019 for 3 years (LLB).

The MH CET Law 2019 entrance exam shall be organized by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra. It is a State level entrance exam meant for admissions in Undergraduate 5-year LL.B course.

This is a Regular- Full time-Integrated course valid for the academic year 2019-2020. An Indian national possessing 12th qualifying examination results with minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST) with no Upper age limit may be considered eligible to apply.

The exam will be a 2-hour ONLINE exam with 150 MCQs distributed in 5 sections. 1 mark will be given for the correct answer, while there will be NO negative marking. The sections are Gk, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, Legal Aptitude and Reasoning, English and Mathematical Aptitude.

Application Form Procedure for MAHA 5 year LLB integrated course 2019

  • The MH CET Law 2019 Application Form will be filled in the Online mode using the “APPLY ONLINE” link available at the official website at
  • Choose tab- click here for New Registration- enter Name, contact details, and email id.
  • Not down the provisional registration number and password.
  • Now complete the 5 staged application process- 1) Basic Information 2) Photo and Signature 3) Details 4) Preview and  5) Payment.

MH CET Law 2019 Application Fees

To submit the form online, the last step would be to pay the non-refundable processing fees. Since 2019 prospectus has not been published yet, we are giving you here an estimated amount that you can have ready with you.

  • Rs. 800/- for Open category
  • Rs. 400/- for SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT (A), NT-1 (B), NT-2(C), NT-3(D), OBC and SBC

Method to pay the processing fees:-

The amount would be payable using any method from- Internet Payment, Credit Card/ Debit Card (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets

Eligibility Criteria for MH CET Law 2019

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State, will soon publish a notification demanding its specification from the students on the basis of which they will be permitted to apply for MH CET Law 2019. In the meantime, you can see the following points below to gather MH CET Law 2019 eligibility criteria:-

  • Nationality- the applicant must be of Indian Nationality
  • Degree requirement– SSC pass (Senior Secondary School or 12th) from a recognized institution
  • Marks requirement- 45% for General and 40% for SC/ST
  • Upper Age limit– there will be no upper age limit criteria as of now. But if there are any such upper age criteria after the court order gets clear, then upper age for Gen category would be -20 years and for SC/ST- 22 yrs as on 01st July 2019.

The MAH-LLB 5 year CET 2019 test will be conducted in Online Mode. The question paper will have 5 sections namely- Gk, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, Legal Aptitude and Reasoning, English and Mathematical Aptitude.

MH CET 2019 Law Syllabus

We have already indicated that there will be 5 sections in the paper. But let us also see what sort of questions can come from these five areas. And you can prepare accordingly this MH CET Law 2019 Syllabus.

  • Legal Reasoning and Aptitude- the question will be meant to test a candidate’s interest in the study of Law, problem-solving ability and Legal Aptitude. And therefore, questions will be formulated with the help of legal prepositions. You will see a set of facts to which a said proposition has to be applied. This proposition may not be true in the real sense, but you have to assume that the proposition is true. Then frame your answer drawing well-supported conclusions.
  • General Knowledge- Read topics such as- History (Ancient, Modern, and Medieval), Geography, Economics, General Science, Civics and last past year’s current affairs.
  • Logical Reasoning– In this section, your skills to identify patterns, rectify illogical arguments will be tested. Therefore- DO study- argument completions, wide analogies, reasoning by analogy, applying principles or rules. Moreover, the purpose of this section is to measure your ability to understand the structure. relationship and to draw the structure’s logical conclusions. It includes reasoning deductively that describes the relationship between persons, things or events.
  • English– prepare areas like- Vocabulary (Synonyms, Antonyms, Analogies etc.),  English Comprehension, Proficiency (One word Substitution, fill in the blanks, Idioms and Phrases, Sentence Improvement and rearrangement, etc), English Usage Errors ( inappropriate usage of words, Common errors, Spotting errors, spelling mistakes etc.)
  • Mathematical Aptitude– questions can come from 10th Std. level mathematics including topics like- Speed and Distance, Profit and Loss, Time and Work, Average, Algebra, and  Venn Diagram etc.

MH CET Law 2019 Admit Card

  • The MH CET Law 2019 Admit Card will be issued as per the schedule online
  • Visit the official website or check E-Mail/ SMS
  • Access the download hall ticket window and enter (i) Registration number/ Roll number (ii) Password/ Date of birth
  • After downloading the hall ticket, paste a recent passport size photograph.
  • Carry this e-ticket along with a valid photo id proof
  • ID proof can be any of the following- PAN Card, Passport/Permanent Driving License/Voters Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ aadhar card/ employee id.
  • Check the venue, time, date printed cautiously

MH CET Law 2019 Answer key 

DHE Pune will publish the provisional MH CET Law 2019 Answer Key on the login of every candidate. To check the preliminary answer key, visit the official website and follow the steps below.

  • Click login and enter your application ID and password in the required box.
  • Click on Answer key tab and submit.
  • The file carrying the answer key will be displayed in PDF format.
  • Download the same and check with your answers
