Delhi CET 2018 Seat Allotment Result & Letter (2nd Round) is releasing on 5th July 2018.  The Department of Training and Technical Education, Delhi organized CET Delhi examination. (CET)Common Entrance Test is necessary condition test for admission into full-time diploma programs in polytechnics Engineering and Non-Engineering Diploma Programmes in the Government and Private Polytechnic Institutions of Delhi.

(CET)Common Entrance Test which is conducted by the Department of Training and Technical Education, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. It is also organized for providing admission to the candidate through lateral entry in full-time Diploma Engineering Programmes. CET, Delhi is a state level entrance test. Department of Training and Technical Education is also known as Delhi Polytechnic entrance exam.

CET Delhi Application Form 2018


Delhi CET 2018 Application Form can be done till 19th April 2018. After the due date is given No application form will be accepted. The application is available in online mode only no other mode is available for submitting an application form.

A web counseling will be conducted for CET Delhi. It will be started from 15th June 2018.

The candidate has to apply separately for each test in case of submitting more than one application form for the same test candidate application will be rejected. The candidate has to upload recent color photograph and signature on an application form. For further use/reference candidate must keep one print copy of application form.

Below are given few important information so read it:

  • CET Delhi application form has been filled & submitted online only.
  • No other mode is entertained for filling & submitting the application form.
  • The application form is available from 20th March to 19th April 2018.
  • Candidates have to apply separately for each test.
  • Candidates note down, the application will be not refunded under any circumstances.
  • Delhi CET Application Form Correction facility has been provided through online mode.
  • The fee payment can be done through credit/debit card/E-wallet/net banking or through the challan in any branch of Corporation Bank in India. There is no need to send the printed application form to the authority.
  • The application fee payment via challan will be accepted up to 3:00 PM until 20th April 2018 at any branch of Corporation Bank.
  • Don’t forget to take a printout of the result for further use.

Application Fee: 


Application form fees is 400/- (Bank charges and service tax Rs. 18/-) will be charged to the candidate. Application form fees can be paid through E-challan/net-banking/debit-card.

Candidate can also pay through E-Challan can be done only in Branches of Corporation Bank of India. Once application payment through bank or E- Challan is done fees will not be refunded.

CET DELHI 2018 Eligibility Criteria


Candidate must know full eligibility criteria of CET, Delhi. Sometimes candidate fails to know about it, which harms them in future at the time of taking admission.

Candidate must know basic information about a candidate should belong to Indian citizen or parents should be from the residential state. Aadhar card is very necessary document needed for registration.

The eligibility criteria of CET Delhi for all of its 5 tests is different. Here, we are mentioning the eligibility conditions test-wise:

Qualification Eligibility:

Test – 1 Engineering/Technology based Diploma Courses & Occupational Courses ·         Qualifying Examination: Candidates applying for diploma course must have passed/appearing 10th examination under the system of 10+2.

·         Minimum Marks: In the qualifying examination, the candidate need to secure at least 35% aggregate marks in Science, Mathematics, and English (compulsory subjects).

Test – 2 (i) Diploma Course in Modern Office Practice – English

(ii) One-year certificate course in Hospitality Operations, Retail Services, Finance Executive in World Class Skill Centre (WCSC)

·         Qualifying Examination: 10+2 passed in any stream from the recognized board.

·         Minimum Marks: The qualifying examination must be passed with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in an aggregate of best 3 subjects including English.

Test – 3 Diploma Course in Modern Office Practice – Hindi ·         Qualifying Examination: 10+2 passed in any stream from the recognized board.

·         Minimum Marks: The qualifying examination must be passed with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in the aggregate of best 3 subjects including Hindi/Sanskrit.

Test – 4 (i) Diploma Course in Pharmacy

(ii) one year certificate course in Software Testing  Assistant in World  Class  Skill  Centre (WCSC)

·         Qualifying Examination: Passed/Appearing 12th examination from recognized board with English as a compulsory subject.

·         Minimum Marks: Requisite marks in qualifying examination should be 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in an aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology.

Test – 5 Lateral entry admission against 10% supernumerary seats in analogous diploma courses ·         Qualifying Examination: Must pass analogous 12th Vocational (Engg) stream or equivalent from schools located in Delhi only.
OR
Passed 10th class and 2 years ITI (Engg.) from ITIs/ITCs located in Delhi only.·         Minimum Marks: Aggregate of 60% marks is required to be obtained in best 5 subjects.

CET Delhi Exam Pattern

Candidate will be asked multiple type question(MCQ)IN EXAMINATION. The question paper will be held through pen and paper mode. 150 objective type questions will be asked to candidate.50 question from Mathematics, 40 from Physics, 30 from Chemistry, 15 from Biology & English.

Candidate will get 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete paper no extra time will be given to candidate.1 Marks will be deducted for incorrect answer. The question paper will contain two languages Hindi and English.

Aspirants can check details about the exam pattern to know how the question paper of CET Delhi is going to set for the academic year 2018-2019:

  • Exam Mode: CET Delhi will be conducted as pen and paper-based
  • Number of Questions: The question paper will consist total 150 questions.
  • Type of Questions: Only objective type questions will be asked in the examination.
  • Language: For test 1, 4 and 5, the medium of question paper will be English and Hindi (Bilingual). For test 2, the question paper medium will be English only and for test 3, the medium will be Hindi only.
  • Exam Duration: The duration of the examination will be 2 hours 30 minutes.
  • Marking Scheme: Candidate will receive 4 marks for each correct answer.
  • Negative Marking: For each incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted.

CET Delhi Admit Card 2018


Hall ticket is mandatory document it contains, roll no, seat no, etc which is very important for giving exams and result, the result can be seen through online by given hall ticket to the candidate. The candidate has to take care of their own hall ticket till the completion of exams.

Candidate can download their CET Delhi Admit Card Those who have to register their application in office. Admit card can be download by official portal published by authority. Admit card can be download from 3rd week of May.

 

  • Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam will be able to get theCET, hall ticket.
  • Students can get the admit card via online mode through the website.
  • The admit card will not be sent by post.
  • Candidates are not allowed to appear in the examination without producing a valid admit card.
  • Admit card will contain details like roll number, exam center, exam date, time, etc.

CET Delhi Result 2018 


The result has been declared on 14th June 2018.  The result will be shown on official portal. The candidate has to enter their roll no and check their result if you type wrong no. in portal it will show error.

The rank card will not be sent

by post to the candidate by any authority in candidate residential address. Candidate can save Result page or can take a screenshot in phone/laptop for further use. Keep one print copy of result for further use, the result is mandatory document need in admission processes.

  • TheCET Result will be declared in the second week of June.
  • Students may check the result through the website.
  • Students are needed to enter the following details Candidate ID, Password & Security Code to check the result.
  • Take some extra printouts of the result for further use.
  • A merit list will be prepared as per the marks obtained in the examination.
  • CET Rank List will be prepared separately for various categories.

 CET Delhi ANSWER KEY 2018


With the help of answer key, Candidate will be able to calculate the rough marks of CET examinations. Hence Answer key plays an important role in predicting the marks as what you have written.

Delhi CET Exam will be released on the 2nd week of June. candidate can see Delhi CET answer key which will be available on online mode after the examination. Counseling will be started after the CET Delhi result is declared. registering process of counseling will be started from 2nd week of June if the candidate wants to attain read importation given above.

 

CET Delhi Cut Off  2018


As every candidate know that seat is limited and competition is high. As every college have limited seat, cut-off marks will help to select the most deserving candidate for admission into CET. If candidate need admission candidate has to score above given cut off marks.

The candidate has to score above cut-off marks to be eligible for admission. Cut off marks will be given by authority for admission, institute-wise cut off marks for various branches of engineering it set.

Syllabus of CET Delhi based on the 12th standard subject of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology CET Delhi syllabus is different for different tests. Before preparing for exams read full syllabus of CET and exams pattern this will help the candidate to score good marks in the examination.

Below are given syllabus of CET, Delhi.


Test-1 Syllabus

CET Delhi Test-1 is conducted for 10th based engineering/non-engineering diploma courses. The question paper contains questions from Physics (40 questions), Chemistry (30 questions), Mathematics (50 questions), Biology (15 questions) and English (15 questions) subjects.

The question paper is prepared as per the CBSE syllabus of class IX and class X.


Test-2 Syllabus

Candidates who want to take admission in diploma course in Modern Office Practice – English need to appear this test. This test is also organized for admission to one-year certificate course in Hospitality Operations, Retail Services & Finance Executive. It includes sections of English Comprehension including Grammar (60 questions) of a class 12th level, Current Affairs (45 questions) and Logical & Analytical Ability (45 questions).


Test-3 Syllabus

This test is organized for providing admission to a diploma course in Modern Office Practice – Hindi. Total 150 questions from Hindi Comprehension including Grammar (60 questions) of the class 12th level, Current Affairs (45 questions) and Logical & Analytical Ability (45 questions) will be asked in the examination.


Test 4 Syllabus

Candidates seeking admission in Diploma course in Pharmacy & wish to pursue one-year certificate course in Software Testing Assistant from World Class Skill Centre (WCSC) can apply for this test. Total 210 questions will be asked in this test, out of which students have to attempt only 150 questions. The question paper will contain questions from Physics (45 questions), Chemistry (45 questions), Mathematics (60 questions) and Biology (60 questions) subjects. Physics & Chemistry are the compulsory subjects while there is a choice between Biology & Mathematics subjects.

The syllabus is based on 11th & 12th class syllabus of CBSE Board.


 Test 5 Syllabus

It is organized for lateral entry admission in analogous diploma courses. ITI/10+2 (Vocational Stream) pass outs can appear this test. The question paper will comprise of Physics (60 questions), Chemistry (30 questions) & Mathematics (60 questions) subjects.

Candidates can prepare for this test from the 10th, 11th & 12th class syllabus of CBSE board.
