The DASA also refers as Direct Admission of Students Abroad and the Human Resource Development, Government of India for Admissions to Premier Institutions of India has started this scheme for candidates to provide admission to the candidates in the various undergraduate programs, which will be available for the candidates in the premier Institutes of India.
On the basis of the State Admission Test (SAT), the applicants can get admission in the various undergraduate programs under the scheme of Direct Admission of Students Abroad.

DASA Counseling 2021
Those applicants are foreign nationals, Non-Resident Indian (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), only they will be able to get admission in the undergraduate B.Tech admissions into the NITs, IIITs, SPAs and other Centrally Funded & Premier Technical Institutes.
On the basis of a result of the candidates in the SAT Subject Test, the applicants will be shortlisted in the merit list and merit list students will be able to get admission in the various undergraduate programs in the preferred institutes.
