WLCI AICET 2018  Last date of Registration is 15th April 2018. WLCI conducts AICET exam which is known as All India Combined Entrance Test through this candidates can enter in the School of Fashion, School of Advertising & Graphic Design as well as School of Media & Mass Communication. Candidates can apply for AICET exam on the official website of WLCI. All candidates are informed that Admit Cards, Results and Counselling Schedule will be available on WLCI website only. No separate details/communication will be sent by post to any candidate.

AICET 2018 Application Form

Online registration form filling April and the Last date for Online Application Form Submission is in the month of May. Fill AICET Application Form to get successfully register for AICET 2018. Read all details carefully about AICET application form. Fill the application form for AICET on the official website of WLCI and submit it before the due date. Pay application form fees according to category wise. Candidates applied online have to pay online application fee of Rs. 2000 who belong to general category and Rs. 1000 has to pay for OBC- NCL/SC/ST/PWD category candidates and the candidates who are from overseas have to pay Rs. 2400.

 

  • To be eligible to appear in the examination, candidates will have to register online through the online WLCI AICET 2018 Application Form.
  • The application form must be submitted with the correct information such as the applicant’s name, date of birth and educational qualifications etc.
  • Candidates need to attach the scanned photo and signature in the application form and the file size should not be more than 500 kb.
  • Candidates will have to pay the online application fee of Rs. 2000 (for general candidates) and Rs. 1000(OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PWD).
  • The application fee for the overseas candidates will be Rs. 2400

 

AICET Eligibility Criteria


 

All candidates have to check criteria before applying.  Admission will be given to candidates those have Completed their Class XII level examinations in the 10+2 pattern of examination from any recognised Central/State Board of Secondary Examination (such as Central Board of Secondary Education / State Board New Delhi, and Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi) or have Cleared General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri-Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level/ International Baccalaureate (IB).

 

Check given below important point:

 

  • Passed any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in foreign countries that are recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system.

OR

  • A secured pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects.

OR

  • Possess 3 or 4 years Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.

Note: Aspirants will also be eligible to apply for AICET 2018 if they are appearing for their qualifying exam provided they are able to produce the necessary documents related to completion of exam/marks at the time of counseling/admissions.

AICET 2018 Eligibility for Foreign Nationals

In each programme offered at WLCI’s campus at Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune,10% of total seats are reserved for Foreign Nationals (whether residing in India or abroad) and Non-Resident Indians (who are citizens of India holding an Indian passport and have temporarily immigrated to another country for six months or more for work, residence or any other purpose).

Such candidates can secure admissions in UG and PG programmes as per the below-mentioned criteria:

AICET Exam Pattern


 

According to AICET Exam Pattern, questions paper means written test is divided into two parts, which are, the Creative Ability Test (CAT) and the General Ability Test (GAT). There is no negative marking in AICET 2018. In AICET  CAT exam will check the intuitive ability, power of observation in concept development and design ability of the candidate and they also test on the creative and innovative use of color and illustration skills. Candidates applying for Media & Mass Communication programme, verbal & writing communication skills will be assessed. And in AICET GAT exam questions asked will be total 100. Candidates have to write the paper in English language and have to complete paper in 60 minutes. The exam comprises of four sections they are Quantitative Ability, Communication Ability, Analytical Ability and General Knowledge and Current Affairs.

  • There will be 100 questions in the exam.
  • There will be 4 sections in the exam having 25 questions from each of different subjects.
  • Candidates will be asked questions on the topics such as Quantitative Ability, Analytical Ability, Communication Ability and General Knowledge & Current Affairs.

AICET Admit Card 2018


 

Appearing exam candidates have to Download AICET Admit Card. Fill all details in the WLCI application forms. Eligible candidates will send admit cards by email. No other authority will send AICET to admit card by post. Keep your admit cards safe until the completion of the exam and carry it in the examination hall. Without it, candidates will not be permitted to enter into the examination hall.

Candidates appeared for AICET exams have to check their Results. The result will be available on official portal through online mode only candidates can download the results.  To access the website page candidates have to enter password and ID proof details etc. Keep your scorecards print copies for further admission process. The result for AICET will be sent by email to candidates after the result declare a merit list will be prepared.
