Communal Harmony, Meaning, Value, Examples, Essay for Kids

Meaning

Communal Harmony is the great nature of India and India is that community, where various types of religions and beliefs are living in the country.

“The nation voted us to power to see unity and communal harmony, not for any division of commonality”.
“We must know our own roles. We should also know the roles that others play, and the rules such roles follow. In this manner, social harmony is maintained. It is when we overstep our roles or act without knowing them, that social anarchy ensues”.

It is very important nature of the country, in which the community takes place and reduces the tension and friction of the country.

In countries like India, it is very important, being a Precondition to internal peace, which is essential for the progress and development of the country.

As we know, India has got the multiplicity of religions and the very nature of the culture is composite. But religion has never been a source of co between the communities in Indian society.

Mutual tolerance and regard for other religions is an age-old tradition of the country. Still, the vested interests have always been active to create disharmony be them.

Obstruction of Religious

There was, however, not a single instance some years back where obstruction in religious performance has been a cause of communal.

This phenomenon in the Indian context is politically motivated and always been engineered by vested interests. It was there at the foreign rule as well as in the post-independence era.

Value of Communal Harmony in Traditional

Communal harmony as such is highly sensitive an issue and cannot be soft-pedaled anymore in view of our traditional value, com cultural heritage and secular character of our state.

With the fresh approach to the problem, fresh measures are also to be taken to deal with it effectively. The measure would include the suitable amendment in the existing applicable law, pertaining to an apprehension of breach of peace and criminal conspiracy against the state and people of India.

A new mechanism involving individuals and social organizations on different levels to watch and vigil over the situation replacing existing Local peace committees will have to be evolved to help the administrative machinery in taking preventive and follow-up action in cases of attempts and conspiracy of breach of communal harmony.

It is a great concept by which India become a great country. It makes a possible various type of the process and development of the country if communal harmony will maintain in the country by everyone.
