The Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) is the four-year, eight-semester, full-time, campus-based program offered by ICFAI Tech School.

Those students have completed their 3-year Diploma in Engineering, they will be eligible for Lateral Entry (to join the 3rd semester of the program).

Applicants will be able to get admission to the B.Tech course if they are qualified in class XII or equivalent (PCM group) with 50% and above aggregate marks.
