IMU CET Admit Card 2019
IMU CET 2019 Admit Card has been Available on 15th May 2019. Through online mode, Candidates can Download their IMU CET 2019 Admit Card. Candidates who have applied for the exam through SMS or email candidates will be informed to download the hall ticket from Official portal. The admit card will be published on 15th May 2019 by Authority. The admit card contains details such as Name, Category, Gender, exam center venue, date & time of the examination, etc.

IMU CET Application Form 2019
A candidate who wants to appear for this exam has to fill the IMU CET 2019 Application form. Through online mode, candidates can fill the application form on the official portal.
Candidates can fill the application form which has been available from 1st April 2019 and last date to fill application is 5th May 2019 for (All Courses).
IMU CET 2019 Application Registration has been Started on 1st April 2019. Fill all details carefully after reading brochure and also to upload their scanned photograph, signature, the document like 10th Mark sheet photocopy & category certificate (SC/ST) etc.

- The application fee is Rs. 1000 for General candidates & Rs. 700 for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must check IMU CET 2019 Eligibility Criteria given according to their selected course wise because the different course has different criteria. To apply For DNS candidates should have to pass 10+2/ equivalent examination or B.Sc or BE/B.Tech (from IIT or college recognized by AICTE). Also have to pass 10+2/ equivalent examination with PCM or B.Sc in PCM, Electronics with Physics as individual subject in one of the years.
Age Criteria:
- Age Limit: The minimum age should be 17 years and maximum age should be 25 years on or before 1st August 2019.
- Relaxation: There is a relaxation of 5 years for reserved category candidates.
- Marital Status: Only unmarried candidates can apply for this exam.
Qualification Criteria
For DNS:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates have to pass 10+2/ equivalent examination or B.Sc or BE/B.Tech (from IIT or college recognized by AICTE).
- Subjects: Candidates have to pass 10+2/ equivalent examination with PCM or B.Sc in PCM, Electronics with Physics as individual subject in one of the years.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates have to secure minimum 60% marks (10+2/ equivalent examination) or not less than 50% marks (B.Sc & BE/B.Tech).
For B.Sc:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates have to pass 10+2/ equivalent examination.
- Subjects: Candidates have to pass 10+2/ equivalent examination with PCM & English subjects.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates have to secure minimum 60% marks in PCM & 50% marks in English.
For B.Tech:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates have to clear 10+2/ equivalent examination.
- Subjects: Candidates have to qualify 10+2/ equivalent examination with PCM & English subjects.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates have to score at least 60% marks in PCM & 50% marks in English.
For B.Tech (Lateral Entry):
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates have to pass Diploma in Engineering.
For MBA:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates have to pass their bachelor degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates have to obtain at least 50% marks. Score 50% marks in English Subject in 10th/12th/ UG Degree.
For M.Tech:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates have to pass their graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates have to secure minimum 60% aggregated marks.
NOTE: There will be a 5% relaxation in eligibility marks for SC/ST category).
Other Criteria:
- Before applying for this exam, candidates are informed to apply for the passport before taking admission.
- If candidates want to apply to apply for marine courses, they have to show their medical fitness certificate by Doctors approved by Director General of Shipping.
- Appearing candidates can also apply but they have to qualify their examination on or before 31st May 2019.
Physical Fitness
Candidates, those seek admission to marine courses (DG Shipping-approved courses) have to produce a medical fitness certificate which is approved by the Director General of Shipping. Candidates with Disability (DA), they are not eligible for admission to the marine programme. Candidates have to physically fit & meet the medical necessities as specified by DGS guidelines.
EyeSight
Candidates must have good binocular vision. Their vision should be 6/6 (normal) in each eye separately. Candidates joining B. Tech (Marine Engineering) degree course, their vision should be unaided 0.5 (6/12) in each eye or 0.67 (6/9) in the better eye and 0.33 (6/18) in the other eye. Those applying for DNS, B.Sc. (Nautical Science) & B.Sc. (Maritime Science) degree course, their vision should be unaided 1.0 (6/6) in the better eye and 0.67 (6/9) in the other eye.
IMU CET 2020
The IMU CET 2020 Examination is managed through Indian Maritime University to offer admission to the candidates in various undergraduate and postgraduate programs and through this examination; applicants will get admission in its five campuses (Cochin, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, and Vishakhapatnam). IMU CET 2020 Application Form will start from 1st week of April till the 1st week of May.
IMU CET Exam Pattern 2019
The IMU CET entrance exam will be conducted in online mode means (Computer Based Exam). The Exam will be Held on 1st June 2019. The question asked in a paper will be of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). 200 total number of questions will be asked in the examination. Candidates have to complete paper within 3 hours. 1 mark will be given for each correct answer. There is no negative mark mentioned in the wrong answer.
