JEECUP 2019 Exam Dates has been Announced Now. The Application Form will be Released on 3rd week of December 2018. UP Polytechnic is conducted by the Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh.  JEECUP 2019 (UP Polytechnic) is a state level entrance test which is also called as UPJEE (Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination).

Through the UP Polytechnic, 2019 exam candidates can get admission in engineering, technology, pharmacy, and other diploma courses.

Various polytechnic institutions affiliated to Board of Technical Education, U.P except for the score of JEECUP offer admission in polytechnic courses.

JEECUP Application Form 2019

UP Polytechnic 2019 Application Form will be started from the 3rd week of December 2018 and the Last date to submit the application is 2nd week of February 2019.

Fill and submit an application before the due dates mentioned in the form.

  • Authority will issue UP Polytechnic application form only through online mode.
  • JEECUP 2019 Application Form will be Released on 3rd week of December 2018.
  • In each shift of exam, Candidates will be permitted to fill only one UP Polytechnic application form 2019.
  • Candidates have to fill all Details in the application form as per the 10thclass certificates.
  • After filling the application upload your photograph, signature and left thumb impression.
  • Candidate’s images should be uploaded in the JPEG format.
  • There is no required to send the hard copy of the application to the council.
  • Aadhaar card will be mandatory documents to fill in the application.

Application Fee:

All candidates have to pay UP Polytechnic 2019 Online application form fees ass per category wise.

Candidates can pay fees through online mode or e-challan of SBI bank. Once candidates pay fees, it will be not refunded back.

  • Candidates have to pay the application fee of  300/- for general & OBC and Rs. 200/- for SC & candidates.
  • Bank charges will also be added.
  • The application fee will not be refundable.
  • Fee payment can be done through online mode or e-challan of SBI bank.

UP Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria

Below is given Eligibility Criteria of UP Polytechnic 2019 of various courses such as Engineering & Technology Diploma, Agriculture Engineering, and Fashion Design, Home science and Textile design and engineering, etc. in the table.

To apply candidates have to check criteria according to courses selected wisely. It is compulsory to fulfill all the criteria given.

Here we have provided the eligibility criteria of various courses offered under the JEECUP exam:

BAgriculture Engineering10th or equivalent exam passed or appearing with agriculture subject in 12th.
Minimum 35% marks in the qualifying exam.
CFashion Design, Home science and Textile design and engineering10th or equivalent exam passed or appearing with at least 35% marks.
DModern Office Management & Secretarial Practice12th passed or appearing
Must have Hindi and English subjects in 10th or 12th
Library & Information Science10+2 passed or appearing
E1 (Bio)/E2 (Math)Diploma in PharmacyPass Intermediate examination with Physics & Chemistry (as a compulsory subject) along with Mathematics/Biology.

JEECUP Exam Pattern 2019

Candidates must get familiar with exam pattern, and syllabus provided this will help candidates in studies.

The exam will be held in offline (pen and paper-based) mode. Candidates have to complete their exam within three hours; no extra time will be given to any candidates.

Here we are providing the detailed exam pattern for JEECUP exam:

  • Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted through offline (pen and paper-based) mode.
  • Type of Questions: There will be objective type questions asked in the exam.
  • Number of Questions: Total 100 questions will be asked.
  • Duration: The exam duration will be three hours.
  • Session: The exam will be conducted in two shifts, i.e., Morning (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and Afternoon (2:30 PM – 5:30 PM).
  • Medium: The questions paper will be printed in both Hindi and English
  • Subjects: It will be different as per the courses opted by students.
  • Answer Mode: Students must use a blue or black ball point pen to mark their answers.
  • Marking Scheme: Four marks will be awarded for each correct answer.
  • Negative Marking: One mark will be deducted for wrong answers and multiple answers.

Preparation Tips

  • Candidates have to gather all details of UP Polytechnic exam pattern and syllabus before preparing for the exam.
  • Candidates have to study from UP Polytechnic 2019 syllabus prescribed by authority.
  • Make a suitable timetable and plan for the study.
  • A study from the reference books and previous year question papers of the best author.
  • Revise all topics from the chapter and make short notes on difficult topics and revise them in the end.
  • To concentrate on study Candidates should do meditation and yoga.

UP Polytechnic Syllabus 2019

Candidates have to study from them as per the officially prescribed UP Polytechnic syllabus. UP Polytechnic 2019 syllabus will be from 10th or 12th class standard.

Candidates who are from engineering have to study mathematics, physics and chemistry subjects. Question asked in the exam for Diploma in Pharmacy; questions will be asked from physics, chemistry and biology/ mathematics subjects.

UP Polytechnic Admit Card 2019

JEECUP 2019 admit card will be available on online mode only. Authority will issue admit cards on the official portal of UP Polytechnic.

  • If any candidate has any objection or another issue they can immediately contact the council.
  • Candidates have to carry the admit card along with one photo identity proof at the examination center.
  • Keep your admit card safe till the admission process.
  • UP Polytechnic 2019 Answer Key will be Available after the Exam.

JEECUP Result 2019

JEECUP 2019 entrance exam result will be declared on official portal of UP Polytechnic 2019. After a few weeks of the examination, the result will be issued in online mode.

  • UP Polytechnic 2019 Result contains obtained marks along with the status of those who are eligible to appear for counseling.
  • Candidates will be able to participate in the counseling process On the basis of UP Polytechnic 2019 result.

JEECUP Counselling 2019

Candidates have to be present at the JEECUP 2019 Counseling whose name is got shortlisted. Counseling will be held in offline mode. Candidates will be selected for counseling who score good marks in entrance exams.

  • Candidates have to fill the choices of courses and colleges via online mode on the application form.
  • The seat will be allotted to candidates as per the filled choices, reservation, and merit of the entrance exam.
  • At the time of counseling, candidates have to bring their original documents along with photocopies.

JEECUP 2019 Exam Centers

Candidates have to select the exam centers while filing online application form. Once the Exam center allotted cannot be changed later.
