• Educational Qualification: An aspirant who has completed their HSC examination or intermediate exam or equivalent from a known university or board like CBSE, ICSE or state board are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam. 
• Minimum Marks: An aspirant who has secured not less than 60 % marks in the HSC exam are eligible to apply for the entrance exam
• Mandatory Subjects: Physics, mathematics, and English should be compulsory subjects in the qualifying exam in order to apply for the entrance exam.

Eligibility Criteria for B. Com. LL. B. (Hons.), BA LL. B (Hons.), and BBA LL. B. (Hons.) course

• Educational Qualification: An aspirant who has completed HSC examination from a known university or board are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam. 
• Minimum Marks: In the qualifying exam, the aspirants must have secured a minimum of 50 % marks or more in order to apply for the entrance exam. 
• Mandatory Subjects: The aspirant must have English as mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam.
• Age limit: The general category aspirants must be of at least 20 years in order to apply for the entrance exam and that of Reserved category aspirants must be 22 years at the time of admission. 

Eligibility Criteria for LL. B. course

• Educational Qualification: In order to apply for the entrance exam, one must have completed their Graduation degree in relevant stream from a recognized university or institution.
