MHT CET Exam Date 2018

MHT CET Application Form
MH CET 2018 Application Form has been released on 18th January 2018. Last Date to fill the Application Form is 4th week of March. So, fill it before the due date given. Candidate can fill and submit application form through online mode, on official portal of authority. The candidate has to fill all formality while filling application all detail should be filled properly.
Photograph and signature are compulsorily needed and it should be uploaded in JPEG format. Before filling application read all detail carefully. And keep one print copies of filled application form for further use/reference. The application form is available only on online mode, no offline application will be accepted.
Check the following steps to fill the application form:
- The MHT CET application form will be available from the 1st week of March 2018.
- Candidates can fill the application form till the 4th week of March 2018.
- There is no other mode to fill the MHT CET application form.
- Candidates have to enter their valid email id, mobile no. & password on the first login.
- Candidates have to upload their recent passport size photograph and signature (not more than 50KB per file). The uploaded files should be in JPEG format.
- Candidates must read the instruction carefully before filling the application form.
- Keep the print copy of the confirmation page for further reference.
Application Fee
Candidate belong to GEN/OBC have to pay Rs 800/- and SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC & PWD Category/candidate have to pay Rs 600/-.
Candidate can pay through the Online medium, Credit Card/ Debi Card (RuPay /Visa /MasterCard /Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets. And the candidate can also pay from any branch of a bank.
Below are given some detail related to application form MH CET.
- The application fee is Rs. 800for General candidates and Rs.600 for reserved category candidates.
- Candidates have to download and print the Bank Challan & submit the fee through State Bank of India (SBI) branches.
- Candidates are advised to make the payment after 48 hrs of the registration.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate is requested to look full eligibility criteria of MH CET. Most of the time candidate fail to know the proper information of eligibility criteria of MH CET, which can harm you at the time of admission process.
Candidate should know the eligibility for Engineering And Technology And Pharmacy Courses, And Health Science Course detail such as candidate should have completed his 12th exams from recognized board. Candidate should be the Indian citizen and there is no age limit for MH CET.
The MHT CET eligibility criteria are mentioned below:
Engineering, Technology & Pharmacy Courses:
- Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian citizen.
- Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply.
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates must pass their HSC/12th or its equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Appearing candidates can also apply.
Health Science Course:
- Age Limit: For Unani and Ayurvedic courses, candidates must be born on or before 1st October 2001. For other health science courses, candidates must be born on or before 31st December 2001.
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates must pass HSC/12th or its equivalent examination with PCB & English.
- Physical Criteria: Candidates should be medically fit.
MHT CET Exam Pattern
Candidate must know about exams pattern. A candidate who is appearing For Engineering Courses, have to give physics and chemistry, Mathematics. Candidate applying for Health Course have to appear for Physics AND CHEMISTRY, Biology (Botany) AND Biology (Zoology) paper.
Paper mode will be pen and paper based. The question paper language will come in English or Marathi or Urdu for PCB. Candidate will get 11/2 hours to complete paper no extra time will be served to the candidate. More detail is provided below as well as there is give schedule of paper, syllabus, marks etc
Candidates check below the exam pattern:
- Exam Mode: The exam will be organized through offline (pen and paper based) mode.
- Language: The question paper will come in English or Marathi or Urdu for PCB. The mathematic paper will be in English language only.
- of Papers: It will be consisting of three papers.
- Types of Question: The question paper will be of a Multiple-Choice Question.
- Total Marks: Each paper will be of 100 marks.
- Duration of Exam: The duration of the exam will be 1½ hours for each paper.
- Answer Mode: Candidates can use black ink ballpoint pen only to mark their answers.
- Negative Marking: No marks will be deducted for incorrect answer.

MHT CET Admit Card
Admit card/Hall ticket will be available from last week of April. Candidate those who have successfully submitted their application in the office can only Download Admit card/hall ticket. Admit card/hall ticket can be download from official website of authority.
The candidate has to enter correct roll number then only it will show correct page if a candidate has type wrong number website will show error. Every Candidate knows that Hall ticket is the mandatory document and it contains candidate detail like Name & Roll Number, Exam Centre, Exam Date & Timing etc.
Hall ticket is the mandatory document and it is necessary to bring at the time of examination. If the candidate fails to bring candidate will be not allowed to attain paper in the examination hall.
- The MHT CET admit card will be available in online mode, the admit card link will be provided as soon as it will be released.
- Candidates will be able to get their admit card from the Last week of April 2018.
- Candidates have to carry the admit card along with the photo ID proof (School/ Passport/College Identity Card) at the examination center.
- The MHT CET hall ticket contains details about candidate roll no., name, the address of the examination hall, date & time of the exam, etc.
- Keep the admit card safe till the admission procedure not over.
MHT CET Result
Through online, official website of authority candidate can check their result. The result will be released in the month of June. For admission merit list will be prepared according to score marks in entrance examination.
The candidate is advised to take printed copies of Result for further admission process and use. Candidate can see online result he/she have to enter their name roll number correctly if you type incorrect detail the page will show error. Candidate can save the page on laptop/computer or can take the screenshot in a phone for further use and reference.
- Candidates will check their MHCET results from the 1st week of June 2018 through online mode.
- The result will be published on our website whenever it announced.
- After the result declaration, MHT CET merit list will be prepared separately for all the courses.
- Keep the printout of the result & keep it safe till the admission process is not over.
- If candidates want to get their answer sheet evaluation verified, an application in the prescribed proforma along with the self-attested unstamped envelope will be sent to any divisional authority within four days of result announcement.
- Candidates have to send the envelope along with the DD/Pay order of Rs. 1000 in favor of “Commissioner, State CET CELL, Mumbai”, payable at Mumbai. The DD will be drawn from any scheduled commercial bank.
MHT CET Counselling
Counseling will be started from 2nd or 3rd week of June. A candidate who is interested in attaining counseling can download counseling letter from the official website. Merit list will be prepared according to candidate score marks in entrance exams.
Counseling is available on online mode also. Candidate while attaining counseling have to bring required document for registration and verification. If in case candidate gives incorrect document in scrutiny it found incorrect than candidate admission will be canceled.

- After the announcement of the result, candidates will be called for the counseling.
- The counseling will be started from the 2nd week of June 2018.
- Candidates have to report to the regional center as per the counseling schedule.
- The documents & eligibility will be checked by the conducting authority of the selected candidates.
- The authority will invite the application for admissions after the verification of documents & eligibility.
- Candidates have to enter colleges & courses in the decreasing order according to their preferences.

MHT CET Answer Key
Answer key will be released in mid or last week of May. Candidate can check out answer key through online, official website of authority. By entering “Roll Number” & “Question Booklet Number” candidate can see the answer key. If candidate type incorrect Roll number it will show page of answer key.
A candidate who wants to cross check their answer can check with the help of answer key and estimate their score in the entrance test announced by the authority. Candidate will get the rough idea about their marks and can compare with their final results and can prepare for the further process.
- The exam conducting authority will publish the question booklet of all versions in the 3rd week of May 2018.
- The authority will also release provisional & official answer key through online mode.
- The official MHT CET answer key will be released in the 4th week of May 2018.
- Candidates can check their answer key by entering their “Registration ID” & “Password”.
- Candidates have to send the envelope along with the DD/Pay order of Rs. 1000 in favor of “Commissioner ate, State CET CELL, Mumbai”, payable at Mumbai. The DD will be drawn from any scheduled commercial bank.
MHT CET Cut off marks
Cut off marks will be declared after the exams are over. Every college has different fix cut-off marks. Cut-off marks change every year. The candidate has to obtain minimum marks to proceed to the further round of admission procedure.
The difficulty level of examination number of candidates appeared, total candidates qualify the exam, etc according to that cut off marks are set. Before the result announced, cut off marks will help the candidate to estimate their marks. Cut-off marks will help a candidate to select their favorite college according to marks score in entrance Test.
The candidate is advised to look previous year cut-off marks this will give the rough idea to the candidate in scoring above cut-off marks and this will also help to select a college.

MHT CET Syllabus

MHT CET Previous Year Syllabus and Important Books
Candidate interested in Pharmacy and Engineering has to give all the three papers.
Paper 1: consists of Physics and Chemistry questions and is compulsory for all the aspirants. There are 100 questions in total and every question carries 1 mark. Each paper has a time allotted of 90 minutes.
Paper 2: is Biology which has two sections – Zoology and Botany. It consists of 100 questions, 50 from Zoology and 50 from Botany and each question carries 1 mark. This paper can be given by Pharmacy and Health Science aspirants.
Paper 3: It has questions from Mathematics. There are 50 questions of 2 marks each.
