OJEE 2023 Application Form

Application forms are released in online mode every year on the official website. Candidates must keep checking the official website for all the latest updates. All the application forms need to be filled out and submitted on time. Here are specific points related to the application forms. 

• Per the tentative schedule, the application forms are expected to be released in the second week of March 2023. Candidates must keep checking our website to find the link. 
• All the application forms need to be submitted online mode only. No other mode of application has been accepted.
• Once the registration is done, the candidates must fill in their details, academic details, contact details, and other relevant information in the application form. 
• After filling out the application form, candidates need to upload scanned images of their passport-size photograph and signature. 
• There will also be a facility for a correction once the form is submitted. The correction window has been opened for a limited period. After that, no excuses has been entertained. 
• Take care that the candidate does not submit multiple applications otherwise, that will lead to the rejection of their application form. 
• The correction facility is expected to be available from the third week of May 2023. 
• The final date to submit the application forms has been the second week of May 2023.
• You should also take a printout of the application form after its submission. 

How to fill out the Application Form?

• Go to the official website of OJEE 2023. The link is provided above in the section of highlights. 
• Look for the option that says “New Registration” and click on that. 
• Move ahead and fill out the application form with the personal details and other educational qualifications. Candidates must fill the form with the candidate’s name, parent’s name, address, etc. 
• Now, upload the passport-size photograph and signature in the dimension and format prescribed. 
• Also, upload the required documents in the scanned and prescribed format. 
• Now, complete the payment of the application fee in order to submit your application form completely. The applications won’t be accepted without the application fee. 
• Finally, take the printout of the application form and also the fee receipt. 

OJEE 2023 Application Form Correction 

The exam conducting authority will provide the correction facility for all the candidates after the final date of the application submission is over. Make sure that you make the required corrections in the limited time available as once the option to correct the form gets over, you can’t make any changes in the form. 

OJEE 2023 Application Fee

The application fee has to be submitted in online mode with the application form for its approval. The application fee needs to be paid using a credit card, debit card, internet banking, UPI etc. It is very crucial to pay the application fee otherwise the form will stand rejected. The application fee once paid will not be refunded nor be transferred.

B.Pharma

• Qualification Required: All candidates must have completed their class 12th from any recognized board or university. 
• Subjects Required: In order to apply for this course, candidates need to qualify with physics and chemistry as mandatory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology. 

MBA, M. Tech, M. Arch, and M. Plan

• Qualification Required: All the candidates need to possess a degree in bachelors from any recognized board or university. 
• Marks Required: All the candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam if they are unreserved and 45% marks if they are SC or ST. 

MCA

• Qualification Required: All the candidates need to possess a degree in bachelors in computer science, BCA, or any equivalent degree from a recognized board or university. apart from this, the candidates need to have passed B. Sc, B. Com or BA with mathematics at class 12th or at the degree level.
• Marks Required: All the candidates need to score a minimum of 50% marks if they are unreserved and 45% marks if they belong to the reserved category in their qualifying exam. 

M.Pharma

• Qualification Required: All the candidates need to possess a degree in bachelors in Pharmacy from a recognized board or university.
• Marks Required: All the candidates need to acquire a minimum of 55% marks if they are general or 50% marks if they are reserved in their qualifying exam. 

B.Tech (LE)

• Qualification Required: All the candidates need to possess a 3 year or 2 years diploma from a recognized board or university. 
• Subjects Required: All the interested candidates need to pass in any branch namely engineering or technology. 
• Marks Required: All the candidates need to acquire 45% marks if they are general and 40% marks if they are reserved in order to be eligible for the exam. 

Pharma (LE)

• Qualification Required: All the candidates need to have completed a diploma exam in any program from a recognized board or institute. 
• Marks Required: The candidates need to have scored a minimum of 45% marks if they are general and 40% marks if they are reserved in any qualifying exam. 

OJEE 2023 Exam Pattern

OJEE 2023 Admit Card

Admit cards are likely to be released in the last week of June 2023. Candidates can download the admit cards through the official website as they has been published only in online mode. No other mode of publishing the admit cards is available. One can easily download the admit card using their application number and password. 

The admit card consists of the date of the exam, time of the exam, venue of the exam, roll no and other important instructions related to the exam. Remember that candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without the printed admit card and valid ID proof. It is crucial to go through all the instructions printed on the admit card to avoid committing any mistakes during the examination. 

OJEE 2023 Answer Key

Answer keys are released after the exam is conducted successfully and it is expected to be released around the month of July in the second week of 2023. It will consist of all the answers of the questions that were asked in the exam. Candidates can check the answer key and analyze their raw scores.

 The answer key has been available in PDF format. It has been published in online mode and candidates can check the same using their login credentials. 

OJEE 2023 Results

A merit list and a rank card have been published as a result of the OJEE by the exam conducting authorities. Candidates can access their scorecards using their roll numbers and login credentials through the official website.

 The results are expected to be announced in the third week of July 2023. The merit list is released separately for each course and candidates must keep a printout of the scorecard and results for future usage. 

OJEE 2023 Counseling Procedure

Counseling is the final stage of the examination process and as per the latest information it is going to be conducted in online mode only from August 2023. It is extremely crucial for all candidates to take part in the counseling process if they want to get admission to any college in the course desired. Admission will only be provided to those candidates who secure a seat through counseling.
